Actually pretty boring storyline, but gets interesting at times anyways.. Don't have much else to say about this o; Just.. watch this when you have free time and nothing else to do.. but you probably shouldn't be so bored because this is already pretty boring itself, so you'd be overbored.. so watch this when you're feeling somewhere at the top or something.
And um, great ending song by UVERworld, a plus ^_^.. and some sweet actors/actresses.
Also, the dancesteps were pretty awesome actually.. much in sync. These girls aren't cheerleaders otherwise, they are merely actresses.. so they must have been practicing alot for this series. They did good!~ |

I didnt like the main story.. most of the time i was more interested in the side-stories..
The casting... damn.. it sucks!! Really.... in this dorama the only actor that i would give Thumbs up would be Masaki (who was really funny in this dorama) and Keiko Toda (damn!! I miss the Shomuni!!!!!! Shes so talentous!!!)
The girls.... well... imo they r not even THAT cute.. i mean... if u r looking for a dorama with cute girls just go watch Gyarusa...
And if u r looking for a good "sport"'s related dorama... go watch H2, Waterboys or even Attack No.1... Dandori is just BAD!!!! |

Okay, firstly, as an 18 year old male myself, I find Nana Eikura one of the cutest girls I've ever seen. But as a drama, this is pretty lame. Obviously attempting to steal some of the "Waterboysish" spotlight of the past, this cheerleading drama (yes, you heard me right) throws up all sorts of mini-concoctions to make it last 10 or so episodes. But hey, who cares? It's got Nana and Rosa in it and that was good enough for me to watch it and besides, its cleverly directed at its intended audience being the teenage demographic. |

Dance Drill! Will appeal to people who're interested in cheer dancing. But this show appealed to me because of another reason... TAKAHISA MASUDA!!! He acts by the name of Suzuki Carlos Suborata, a Brzailian-Japanese.
An irritating but determined and helpful guy from baseball club.

The whole series feels a bit low budget to me somehow, and the script/plotlines is quite average. Eikura Nana as head cheerleader Kaname really brings on the charm here, her giddy enthusiasm is quite infectious. The rest of the girls are about as interesting as the story... which is not really. Carlos is quite a funny and sweet guy, Massu and Nana can battle it out in the Cheesiest Smile competition. |

I was expecting some cool cheerleading stunts as its sort of based on this Japanese cheerleading champion. Instead, its just some cheesy dance moves. Yes! they can't even dance. Not to mention, bad acting by the cast. Eikura Nana annoys me for the whole series >.< Not recommended |

honestly this drama wasnt that good. i only watched it because of masuda takahisa. i mean there are some parts i did like. butttt.. the whole cheerleading thing isnt that good. well i guess thats a personal opinion. but yea. i did think carlos was a cute character though. hehe :D |

not that bad. Cheerleading doesn't interest me at all, but this drama showed the girls struggling to get a team together and all that good stuff so it was good. The dance they do doesn't seem that complicated for any high school cheer team though......... |
