1. Ehh [Rating: 4/10]
Boring. Amami Yuki is charming as Ookouchi Himawari but all she does is fix other people's problem, seeming to go against her better self when she talks to her younger version played by Fukuda Mayuko. What's up with that anyway?

Dont bother watching. Watch Jyoou no Kyoushitsu instead.

2. An easy to watch and fun show [Rating: 8/10]
I don't understand how some others who have reviewed this drama gave it such poor ratings. A story about a woman who some want to consider over-the-hill struggling to make it in a form of music that lots of people consider over-the-hill has comedic elements alone. Add to that the unusual way it was made and you have a show that keeps you watching.

3. Amazing Ending [Rating: 10/10]
I think that this drama is one of the crowning work dramas in japanese drama history.
This drama is constituted from the multi-story by multi-ending.
though it is a situation comedy, if a viewpoint is changed -- a homicide drama, a love story, and spiritual story and horror story.
Ending is also happy ending, and sad ending ,and never ending, and horror ending ,and dead ending , and open ending.
This drama's key items are himawari's bag,and himawawari's cellular phone.
Attention her's bag at the snow-covered mountains scene.

4. Very funny, if a bit corny! [Rating: 7/10]
I heard a lot of mixed reviews regarding Enka no Joou, so I wasnft sure what to expect when I started watching it. I was a bit indifferent after the first episode, but I was definitely hooked by the second.

Amami Yuki is a force to be reckoned with! Not only is she an amazing enka singer, but shefs a fabulously believable actresses. She gripped my attention and kept it within her grasp throughout her entire performance. I also enjoyed the characters of the supporting cast, especially Harada Taizo, who surprised me. Hefs not the stereotypical handsome lead male character, but he was charming and lovable in his own way.

The plot was entertaining and I loved certain aspects of it. I loved how Himawari traveled through life making friendships and healing lives, although within her own soul she was battling loneliness. I was a little disappointed with the ending, or specifically, with the last two episodes. They seemed set apart from the rest of the drama and were a bit too corny. Now, I like corn, but not when itfs so strong and misplaced.

This drama is a successful comedy, and despite the ending I found it enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone who likes enka, fun, and the very talented Amami Yuki-san!

Part drama, part comedy, part musical, part fantasy. Great performances by Yuki, Taizo Harada and Riko Narumi.

Quite disappointed with the drama, mostly because I enjoyed Top caster so much. It's not the lead's fault, but the plot is such a gag.

Ok. The first part is nice and humorous. Then it goes dramatic, which isn't that good. It's watchable, but not great.

A very fun drama with a somewhat satisfactory ending (kinda corny). This drama made me a huge fan of Amami Yuki and I can't wait to watch more stuff with her!
