A drama that started great but lost its appeal about halfway through due to a lack of interesting developments. It really caught my attention at first because of its mix of drama and comedy. So naturally, when it became more predictably dramatic and a lot less funny, the story went downhill IMO. I have to give points to Ninomiya and Nishikido for their good acting though; I feel like there are scenes when I can really see their inner struggle, which brought me to the verge of tears (but it wasn't quite there yet). I love the Nakashima Mika song they used in the drama, though her role in the drama was kind of pointless, confusing, and weird. Hoping for a good ending... |
