1. Memorable dialogues [Rating: 10/10]
This dorama was wonderful for me, and very meaningful. First of all, i would like to mention that every actor put on an amazing performance, it made my cry many times.
Toda Erika totally pierced my heart with all of her thoughts and the way she portrayed the character while she went through all the struggles of waiting for the one you one. Emi Takei portrays it beautifully as well, sometimes you hate her, sometimes you fell for her, and I believe that was totally the point of her character, as for Haruma Miura, I've read some comments saying that he was boring, but I don't agree with this, in my opinion, his character was a guy who thought doing the "right thing" was always right, however he didn't take into consideration who was hurt in this process, and being a guy who was really trying hard to be someone he wasn't and being liked by everyone, I think he did it perfect, by being over serious sometimes; I could relate to his character and understand him, because I've been in his position and I could totally feel his hurting.

The character development in these dorama is so powerful, the supporting cast was amazing.. also the music, and the story development, makes you wish you had time to watch all the episodes immediately.

And the most amazing aspect of this Dorama for me, was probably all the memorable dialogues that this dorama has, they were all perfectly and carefully written and performed by the actors, that there are some quotes that I will never forget, and some made me think about my own life, they will always pierce your heart. I was very happy with the way it ended as well.

So in the end, I totally recommend this dorama, don't expect a light comedy or action series, this will be a series with a memorable story that will make you think and will probably touch your heart, and make you remember, that humans are not perfect, and love will usually be bitter, and you will understand what love is, when you start loving your partner's flaws and let them be who they really are.

2. So-so [Rating: 6/10]
The drama has a meaningful message to convey, and its storyline is told through the eyes of three very flawed people. It is precisely the weaknesses of these characters that forces them into situations where they have to overcome them for their relationships and for their futures that makes this story work; unfortunately it made them quite difficult for me to like. Takei Emi plays her part with passion; Toda Erika puts out a solid performance, the rest of the supporting cast were great (especially the younger cast who make up Kashiwagi's class) but Miura Haruma himself was rather a bore. The drama starts off rather too slowly but the ending wrapped up nicely; I was rooting for ShujixNatsumi throughout so it was perfect for me.

3. So far so good [Rating: 10/10]
I've only seen episode one but I love it so far Erica Toda is wonderful and that Emi girl this is only the second show other than Gold I've seen her in but she's great too. Also the teachers and parents are the most understanding about teen sex I've seen definatly in Japanese media maybe anywhere so far at least there's still at least 9 episodes to go

4. Loving this drama :) [Rating: 8/10]
This drama is good. With only one more episode to watch, Emi-chan is displaying such promising talent as an actress. She has made her character believable to the viewers which is a mark of an outstanding actress. I enjoyed watching it so far.

I have two basic problems with this drama. First, and I saw this coming from the very beginning, is what I can't consider to be anything else but cowardice. This drama isn't about what they want you to think it's about. The creators want to get your attention with shocking subject matter, but of course they back off from it. Portraying something is not the same as condoning it, the teacher could have been portrayed as someone who made a mistake and this series would have been much better, instead they erased the whole point of the series.
Secondly, there is enough material here for twenty different dramas, but they felt it necessary to have one drama with just that many plot twists. Again, this was probably done to make up for the fact that the selling point was a farce. Every single episode has someone dropping a seriously heavy line of dialog that feels like a game changer, and I guess they all are, but without any long term consequence. All the characters outside of the main three have some secret, or past pain or what not, and each one reveals it like a big dud. Not one single side character added anything of value.
From a critical standpoint these problems really ruin it for me, however like a pun on the series' name, it taught me something important. That is that I am not watching art, it's only TV, and I didn't have to try to remember that while watching, it's just plain enjoyable to watch. So as long as I wasn't thinking about it, I was loving it.

Dropped it after 4 eps....first of all, I totally misunderstood the plot....I was expecting a noir (building on how and why the male lead woke up next to one of his students without having the foggiest about how that has happened...is it a frame? who's behind it? what's really going on? ....etc. etc.) instead of this cheesy watchamacallit ("school triangle"? "school romance"? "school for scriptwriters very much needed"? hehe ).
Apart from that, I can't help feeling that they took a few REAL actors (Toda Erika, Nishimura Masahiko plus some young talents who would later come out as real actors as well - like Ito Sairi and Suda Masaki, i.e. - but who are unfortunately relegated to being little more than extras here) and they teamed them up with a bunch of pretty faces who are, alas, as expressive as a...oh, NOW I got it! A "school of fish"!
(sorry, I know these days I'm particularly harsh in my reviews...but seriously, this is really "aria fritta", as we call it...- "hot/thin air"...)

The first 2 or 3 episodes were incredibly creepy to me and I couldn't warm up to any of the characters. However, the drama got better when Saeki's character became more developed. This is actually a drama with lots of character development (that's what it's all about, I guess) and I really appreciated the changes in all three main characters (great actors, btw!). I also liked the supporting characters/cast - esp. the whole school plot was nicely developed. This wasn't your usual typeset set-up, where you're completely let down after you make a certain "mistake", although they clearly didn't just go along with it, either.
The songs by Pink nicely fitted with the drama's atmosphere (although the lyrics didn't ;D), which was enhanced by the good directing and the nice pastoral colour-setting.

Near the end I found myself asking "why am I still watching this"? Miura Haruma impressed me with his performance this time around, though I've never been too impressed with him in the past, but Toda Erika might as well have phoned in her performance. I was very disappointed by the plot and how the relationships between the characters developed, though I suppose I should've known what to expect. I really think the screenwriter dropped the ball on this one. It felt so unnatural. Props to Takei Emi though. Hers was the most interesting and likeable character, and she had fantastic chemistry with Miura. Overall I just didn't like any of the characters enough to care about their problems and complexes.

I would have originally given this series a 6, but I really liked Emi's character in this series - although a newcomer, she shone compared to the other castmembers. The story was a bit wishy washy. The main protagonist was very indecisive and there was no "action" from his side. Any and all things that happened were things that happened because of his fiance or his student.

The story progressed a bit slowly and very predictably. In the end, there wasn't really a character I could say that I really liked except for Saeki played by Emi.

i give this an 8.5 rating!

the first 3 episodes made me irritated but i continued to watch it because of Toda Erika and Miura Haruma
but as the story progressed....it became engrossing.
sometimes too dramatic, didnt like using Pink's songs...but
overall, it's a good touching drama. made me realize things
in life. and the 3 main characters did a good job :)
Takei Emi i dont hate you anymore hahaha

Plot is very unique and has an interesting start. This drama is not just about love or just about school. It's about life. There's many good things that you can find watching it. All actors were awesome. Specially the main cast. It's quite interesting to see Toda and Miura as couple but they look cute. The only thing that I didn't like was that Shuji was a coward xD That's all

For the first 7 episodes probably had a 9 rating going but it ended quite weakly. Too much screen time between Himura's and Emi's relationship, those scenes would go on for over 10 minutes nonstop, really dragged, also the ending was too perfect, everything ended up so neat and tidy.

Never to fall in love with your teacher, especially when you are underage. It would ruin your life and the way you see your teacher would change. Nothing's good. This dorama has important moral story for both students and teachers. Good drama, good casting, and nice OST.

Interesting drama and kept me freaking out between episodes despite being a genre I'm not a huge fan of.

I really enjoyed the cast, particularly Suda Masaki. He's a wonderful young actor and I was thrilled to finally hear him speaking in kansai-ben. ^__^

I will always remember the first few episodes. I really liked the reason of why characters acted in certain ways. I thought the ending did not make sense and they took a safe way out.
