The world view of this series is that every single mother is an evil, back-stabbing bitch. Or if you're not, then you will have to commit suicide or something because your life is going to be hell. The cutest mom, who seems to be an airhead, is actually the worst, and the only one who is a decent human being literally has a face that looks like a snake (but they of course "fix" that contradiction eventually.) The question I have is who was the intended audience for this. The only people I can think of who would be interested in watching crying kids and the schemes of mega-bitches would be housewives and mothers, but if I was one of them I would be insulted at the way I was being portrayed as a group. But then again, I guess they are expected to relate to the main character. It does get better at the end, but I find it hard to believe that anyone could be as forgiving as the main character. |

Over-the-top, dramatic, and annoying -but entertaining. Whole cast did a good job. 7th episode good one ~kept it going. 10th wonderful & powerful! ayaka ~ rara kawaii!!
Though the synopsis mentions the mothers; the fathers and children deserve mention also. Everyone shared equal screen time. Again, the whole cast did a good job. |
