One of the best medical dramas, if not the best, I've seen so far. Even though I don't know how the ER really works, I can sense that it's very realistic in a way that the doctors and nurses aren't bombarded with work 24/7. I also enjoyed Shindo (Eguchi Yosuke)'s little side story; a romantic side of him, which was nice. :) I liked the casts a lot too; out of all three series, I think Shindo interaction with this group is most enjoyable. |

Very impressed! Started kind of slow at first but the intensity increased substantially as the plot developed. Each episode has its own plot but still contributes to the overall plot of the series. Really enjoyed the performance by Eguchi Yosuke and Matsushima Nanako. I did not like Eguchi from Tokyo Love Story, but this totally change my perspective of him. |

Mac 2004: Bought it bcos i really like the part 2. But i was dissapointed though, the story is just average, nothing special about those emergency cases, too much flashback, the outfit not nice....( when i haven watch this, i imagined how nice nanako will be in doctor suit, but it turned out.....) will give higher marks if i never watched part 2 bfor. |

Ack, avoid this. I couldn't even watch it all the way through. If you're a hard core ER fan you'll probably like this though, but it was just one medical emergency after another. If you like hospital dramas, there are plenty of others that are better. Bleach. |

It is a great change from typical love and family dramas. A Japanese version of the popular US show ER. Not the best drama but certainly is worth watching. Great performances all around. Nanako was great as usual. |

A very well paced drama with lots of strong casting. Simply love to watch Egushi Yosuke role in this drama as a doctor. The role fits him pretty well. |
