| 1. | Heart-warming drama [Rating: 7/10]
I still remember long time ago that I saw this drama on TV but I did not really know Tsuyoshi then. I remembered how cool he was when playing basketball in the show. He was a basketball ace in the show. And Akai Hidekazu's daughter likes Tsuyoshi. I think after acting together as father & son in "Ningen Shikkaku", Tsuyoshi and Akai really have some chemistry. And when comes to "to Heart", Akai acts as Tsuyoshi's coach. Seems like the director likes their pairing? And I think it is from this show that Komatsu Eriko first work with Tsuyoshi and from then on wrote many other classic dramas like "Summer Snow", "to Heart", "Wakaba no Koro", etc. for him. Hope to see more of their good work in the up coming Autumn drama with Takeuchi Yuko. |

This is the very first Japanese Drama I ever watched. I was so into it that I recorded it every single week it was on. When it ended I was so upset! The show was very funny and the characters were a joy to watch. |
