Synopsis

Hiroko Yakushimaru plays Nanami, a 35-year-old wife and mother, trying to come to grips with her wants and needs--a job, a better relationship with her mother-in-law; good schools for her children. She and her husband Wataru (Kamikawa Takaya) live in a suburb of Tokyo with their three little children. Wataru's father (Ryu Raita) offers them a chance to save some money by moving in with him and his wife. Although Nanami doesn't get along very well with her mother-in-law (Sawada Ayako), she lets the prospect of having Wataru's mom look after the kids so that she can go out and find a job persuade her to agree to the move. Little does she realize the host of problems that move would create.

1.	Comments by dummyuser2 [Rating: 9/10] This is a great jdorama! It's quite funny, but at the same time it told me quite a bit about the pressures of exam taking in Japanese society, and the importance of what schools your kids attend.
2.	Comments by Mink [Rating: 8/10] I'm thinking moms would enjoy this more... but some of these really are on target with the whole mother-in-law relationship with the wife, esp. culturally. :D Very cute yet funny... too bad it's so overlooked! Definitely check this out for light family comedy.
