Brilliant! I'm usually no fan of detective dramas, but this one is truly good and enjoyable. There's an overarching plot line, combined with several recurrent themes (abilities/disabilities, police "trash heaps", ...), but the episodic cases are well done as well and never feel too much the same. All the actors and characters are a joy to watch, but the drama's true selling point has to be the character of Ataru who's absolutely brilliantly played by Nakai Masahiro. He's an absolute cutey with lots of depth and always interesting to watch. |
