i've always thought that japanese movies were long and boring but in an artistic kind of way. its not hollywood type, more like an art film most people might find this film boring but this has been one of my favorite japanese movie so far plus kubozuka's acting is just outstanding. kub0zuka yousuke is one of the few actors who can get away with roles like this. |

kosuke is an amazing actor.. and koyuki plays her character really well here. it's when an actor embodies their roles, and we don't even notice that they're just acting, that make films/dramas shine the most. and this is one of those charming little films. |

I'm not so sure if the retard is lucky to have met the shoplifter or vice versa. But it's really interesting how both balances each other out in their weaknesses. Such a sweet story. I've always thought Kubozuka will never let me down :). |

Kobuzuka pulled off playing an autistic 20 year old really well. Koyuki did great as a depressed woman. Both of them complemented each other and the movie was pulled off with ease. Great and happy ending! |

I like this movie. It's pace is a little slow though but i didn't mind it. Yosuke really did a good job playing his character. I really like the ending part where he was like "kekkon shirou yo.." XD |
