i thought it was still enjoyable, kimura takuya was still a blast to watch. but it's true that the supporting cast really paled compared to the original one; it was only in the last few minutes of the show that you could feel the energy and excitement of Hero. hopefully they come out with a part 2! ps. sassuga matsu takako, her face looks like what it was years ago, nothing aged at all! O^O sugoi! |

Was expecting the original cast to be the main cast of this, but it turns out that they only appeared for less 10 mins..
Plus the story was too draggy.. Wasnt as nice as HERO 1 was...

Oct 2006: Draggy, lack of original cast, with a so-so plot. But then this SP really brought back all the memories, how it's like to watch a jdrama that you had enjoyed last time. Especially when all the previous cast showed up, classic moment. |

Wow, they reunited the whole cast PLUS Ayase Haruka! It was hard not to look at her but at the subtitles when she was in the frame. The criminal case is not as good as the cases of the original series. I would like to have seen KimuTaku and Matsu Takako getting together... XD |

Interesting casting, though I would prefer the original... and the vibes from the original drama seemed to have been sucked away. I didn't like this SP too much... the only thing worth watching after 2 hours of nothingness was the ending.
