Loved it!! All the characters are back! Plus some additional ones. Very well potrayal! A pretty good continuation from what it's left off.
And since the manga is still ongoing, I hope once it's completed there'll be another SP or perhaps a 2nd season! |

For anyone who loved the tv series, this continuation is of course, not to be missed. The lovable duo of Chiaki and Nodame are back, as crazy as before but now bringing their craziness to Paris. The funny thing is that the people in Paris, ranging from their housemates to competitors seem no more normal than them, and so the fun is totally retained. Since this was only 2 episodes, it was divided equally among the leads with Chiaki dominating the 1st episode and Nodame, the 2nd. The music performances this time were a lot longer than before, and the 2nd episode started off more dramatic and slow.
The good part of this series though, was that viewers get to see a significant progress in their relationship, plus the ending will surely make you content. My only gripe is that Chiaki's hairstyle was not at all nice this time, and the other S-orchestra members had terribly little screentime |

9.5. The only reason why I didn't give it a 10 was because I was disappointed by the fact that they changed the guy who played Kuroki and that Chiaki is a bit too emotional. He was much more restrained in the manga i feel esp when it comes to showing his feeling to nodame..but then again, the SP had to make the most out of its 4 hrs slot. It's a very well done adaptation. I love the scenery and of course, Ueno Juri and Tamaki Hiroshi are just so perfect with their roles. |

Nodame fans have no fear! This special is just as wonderful as the series before! Before I watched this I was afraid the European adaptation would not be done very well, but those fears were proven silly because this is a wonderful special that has the same spirit as the series! |

Who could not love MORE Nodame?!? The Paris Special was a wonderful continuation to the drama adaptation of Nodame Cantabile! I enjoyed every minute of it and I'm very happy with the story, characters, and the ending. YAY! (Though I did find it a bit funny that they chose to use half-Japanese actors Becky and Eiji Wentz as the foreigners in the apartment complex.) |

I can't believe how ecstatic I was when I found out there was a Nodame Special! This was AWESOME...the special episodes went on for almost 5 HOURS! And it was entertaining from the start right till the end! Recommended for everyone. |

Actually, instead of special, I was hoping for seasons 2. Because I've read the manga, and i felt like this special is not enough to describe how's the two stuggleing in Paris. And there's another interesting character in manga that i want to see here who didn't show up.. And another things, I didn't like Chiaki's hair here.. :P |
