Very different from her Kekkon Dekinai Otoko character but the show did have some similarities. Very character driven. Not perfect, but one of my favorite shows. | | 2. | Comments by romi510 [Rating: 6/10] Current season, started watching 2 episodes, and it is getting pretty boring... | | 3. | Comments by sucigam [Rating: 7/10] This was a pretty predictable drama made watchable by Natsukawa Yui, who with this drama and Kekkon Dekinai Otoko, has convinced me that she is the best 30-something actress working in jdramas right now as she has shown the ability to make two very different characters(from a very sarcastic doctor to an overly optimisic actress) completely believable. It's hard to recommend as there are pacing issues and the writing/direction isnt as polished as KDO, but if you are a fan of Natsukawa's then it's worth checking out. | | 4. | Comments by gaijinmark [Rating: 8/10] A nice, sweet little drama. If you're a Yui Natsukawa fan (and I am) you have to have this in your collection! | | 5. | Comments by Cerebus [Rating: 9/10] Fantastic comedy drama about love between generations. Natsukawa Yui is even better than she was in KDO. Tokui Yoshimi is also excellent as her dead-beat boyfriend. This show is really about not regretting the past, but rather thinking about the future. The plot offers nothing original, but it is excellently written. The show is completely free of cynicism, and the characters are the sort of people you would actually want to spend some time with in real life. |
