| | 1. | Surprisingly ... a good drama [Rating: 8/10] It may have been another pop idol show... but it was good.
Story itself is quite interesting and new, and it brings out the bonding between the girls. Plot makes a twist and the rythm is rather catchy, makes you want to continue.
Max can act well, especially towards the last part. Izumi is rather outstanding in this show in her acting.
Naitou Takashi, can't help but noticed him in the show, even though just a supporting role, but he is quite comical and definitely good acting.
Recommended show. | | Reviewed by cass_dust on 29 April 2004 | | 2. | A surprisingly sweet treat with a devilish twist [Rating: 8/10] Quite an entertaining if not too formula-driven drama. This is obviously one of these Idol Promotion dramas for the sake of the MAX girls. However, they did a pretty good job portraying the four majos. The story is quite interesting as well, even though the dynamics amongst the girls never seem to change or develop over their MAX colleague relationship. The last two episodes are really good, quite intense. It is worth watching if you don't mind superhero girl dramas. However if you want better supernatural themed drama, go with Psychometrer Eiji I or II, or DxD (Dangerous Angel and Death Hunter). | | Reviewed by FierceStriker on 29 May 2004 |
