Starring : Shigeru MUROI, Hiroaki MURAKAMI, Naomi HOSOKAWA, Ayako KAWAHARA, Kotaro SATOMI Synopsis : "Small-town Underdogs with an Indomitable Fighting Spirit "Sky Cleaners," the women's volleyball team of Ohzora Electronics Okihama Plant, is the worst team in the local league. Team captain Michiko lives for volleyball. Divorced from the team's ex-coach, Susumu, who also works for Ohzora Electronics, she knows in her heart she still loves her ex-husband. However, Susumu's new task is the restructuring of the plant, and he announces that the "Sky Cleaners" are to be scrapped. To make matters worse, Susumu has become engaged to his assistant, Saeko, the ace attacker of a rival team who would do anything to finish off Michiko and the "Sky Cleaners." Backed by Michiko's optimism and Susumu's promise to restore the company team if they capture the league championship, the "Sky Cleaners" are determined to fight back. Could miracles happen? Will Michiko lose Susumu to Saeko? This delightful drama fills viewers with the courage to never give up."

Comments by tetsukei [Rating: 6/10] A little depressing, despite the jokes, because the volleyball team is full of unfit members, and led by a strange woman who is still living with her ex-husband's mother! But it became better towards the end, when the team improves and achieves the impossible. Bought it thinking it's the classic volleyball show I watched as a toddler. Not really worth buying. Humour 7/10 Story 6/10 Actors 8/10 Music 4/10
