| Synopsis |

Stay tuned for a fierce battle between a woman in her 30's and one in her 20's. 33-year old Chiharu Oshima is a career woman in the Sales and Planning Department of a hotel. During her 20's, Chiharu worked day and night to achieve her current position and luxurious lifestyle. She won't let anybody interfere with her career and romance.
All is going well, until 25-year-old Natsumi Mihara throws down the gauntlet to Chiharu. Everybody including Chiharu had thought that Natsumi was just a girl with no brains. But actually, once she sets her mind to something, she can achieve anything. She is good at learning foreign languages, and is prepared to use her sex appeal to entrap and exploit men. What's more, since Natsumi was brought up in a poor fatherless home, her desire to climb the ladder of success is strong. She knows that the only way she'll get a chance is to outperform Chiharu and snatch away her post. That's exactly what Natsumi decides to do.
"Chiharu, look at those bags under your eyes. Isn't it time you retired?"

another one of those romantic comedies about a goodlooking working gal who's competent and successful professionally yet facing stagnation in her love life. This drama doesnt cover any new ground in terms of its premise, but its a romantic, funny and likeable 11 episode distraction.
the story begins with our heroine facing some obstacles at work: there's a younger, argueably more attractive coworker determined to have her job, and she's not getting along with her new boss, who just happens to be young, rich and exetremely attractive(we all know where this is going). Then there's her current boyfriend, with whom a happy future is highly doubtful, because he's already married. stir these ingredients together and you have the central conflicts in this drama. From here, the plot goes in obvious directions, but with excellent execution nonethless. I thought this drama was pretty interesting...I liked the start of it, the vice president having quarrels with Oshima, then a twist in the middle of the tale concerning the two...
Shaku Yumiko was great in this too, although I had some issues with the fact that she seems to fall in love with one of the staff, then betray him or something...I loved the fights her character and Oshima would get into about being a women over 30 and being still 25, young and beautiful that guys would fall for.
The ending was fair, but the drama is one that could go on forever. Over all it's a wonderful drama for anyone, even helps to show that just because your 30 doesn't mean your incapable of being beautiful!

Light, funny, interesting, well-acted, realistic, the right thing to spend a good moment watching television.

Very funny dorama. The story progress smoothly, with a few very touching scenes. Inamori Izumi and Shaku Yumiko's performance is great.

This is my third Izumi drama that I've watched. The cast ain't that strong but I feel that it's good enough for this drama. The drama managed to attract my attention and I feel that Kaname Jun and Izumi make quite a good pair in the drama. Funny and witty. Comedian Aoki gets a shot at playing a normal women out for true love.
Inamori and Shaku's character quarrels were always a blast.
