Heh, it looks like some of us are more interested in the Koyuki and the F1 aspects of the series rather than the star.
Yeah...actually, I want to see Sakai Masato again (the guy in my icon--he's playing a supporting role in this series). KimuTaku is okay, but honestly not the sort I go for.
I've found his dramas entertaining enough, though. Hopefully this one will also be worth watching.
Salo quit 3-4 years ago, right after Hakkinen quit if my memory serves me correctly. Salo has been driving in the American Le Mans racing cup and Hakkinen starts off his new career in the German Touring Car Champion, in the Mercedes team.
Raikkonen with McLaren. I don't follow the F1 races, only read the results afterwards.

So desu. In some ways, I like saloon racing more... The cars look more "stock"

This looks like an intersting year so far: maybe Ferrari will finally get knocked off the top spot after five years...

Forgive me if someone else stated this earlier:
The height issue - both actors were in Beautiful Life. I never really noticed a height difference then. Then again, Koyuki wasn't in it very long either.
Either way, I cant wait for this series to come out.

Check out the magazine "Precious". Koyuki is on the cover every month and has always several model pictures inside. You can find cover pictures of all past magazines on:
I had written the above in a different thread and I think it is worth mentioning it here again for all Koyuki fans!
I like Takuya as an actor a lot - good looks and talent, talent, talent.
But I realy look forward to see Koyuki in "Engine"...

McLaren, ne?
Obviously, I'm rooting for BMW-Williams, but I know that don't have a chance...
Nah... Don't give up easily... There's still a long way to go...
At least you're supporting the team whether they had a good season or not... I hate those people (my friends, actually) who support McLaren when David & Mika kept winning, then switch to Ferrari when Schumi start monopolizing the arena & now supporting the Renault... ARGH!!! Feels like
