Shun : HHmm...? I thought it was more like the lesser the VCDs in the show the cheaper it is? I remembered buying 'Terms for a Witch' previously at around 20 dollars also. Could it be those with longer storylines that cost around 30 odd from TS?

From what i heard from my friend, TS are now selling dramas priced between the $20 - $30 range. She said dramas like 'hikaru to tomo ni' are priced ard $20 plus while stuff like 'M no Higeki' are ard $30 plus. Not sure but maybe the newer / more popular the drama is the more expensive? Think Poh Kim is better because it's cheaper but the last time i went there was not really alot of titles...

exactly.... i wonder why they increase the price for at least $10... since KDorama are so popular nowadays... JDoramas in the sense should be cheaper to attract more customers... don't know what TS Laser are thinking Crazy Beat You ....

as for me... i would recommend Cash Convertors & online purchases .... i saw those old dramas selling at Cash Convertors between $5- $12, which is very worth as most of the drama are in good condition... & recently juz bought my lastest VCD online for $17.90 inclusive of postage fees, which is also cheaper compare to other VCD shops... so there are all types of ways for cheap stuffs with good quality... Mr Green Yeah

hi yingying ~~ u've not watch b4 "Gokusen 1" rite ? (but Gokusen 1 could not be found in S'pore most prob ..)

here's Gokusen 1's Synopsis
Newly graduated Kumiko Yamaguchi wants to make her mark on the Japanese educational system as a teacher. All well and good until she finds out that the school she'll be teaching at has its fair share of troublemakers and rabble-rousers. The ruffians at the school don't frighten her though for she has a secret of her own-she's a fourth generation crime syndicate member and next in line to head it up. She's gone straight and wants to be a teacher though, but she's one person in whose class you don't want to be caught fooling around!

* part 2's story concept is abt the same as part 1 .. all abt Nakama Yukie's character (kumiko) .. and her students ..

it's really great !!! u dun really haf to watch the 1st one b4 u watch the 2nd one .. so it's ok if u juz go straight to part 2 .. (p.s : if u wanna buy part 1 .. i bought mine in JB City Square shopping centre , near custom there ..)

hope tis helps Smile

Hi Sporeans!

Havent watch doramas for very long time...but ever since mediacock airs GoodLuck!!....i get stuck with doramas again.

Just finished watching Night School.

Female version of GTO...teacher...but with part-time students.
New actress! Looks good and can act too. Though typical teacher drama but still quite enjoyable.

Btw, does anyone here knows where can rent doramas?
I only knows one in Hougang Mall.
