Yeah, I'm glad we finally got to see Ako "come out." You could tell in the beginning she was always miffed and angry that Aya was the "perfect daughter" and she was treated in a 2nd-hand manner most of the time. I like how she stood up for her sister.
The emotions are portrayed really well in this drama. I've seen it in real life. People really cry this way!
^yup, I gained new respect for Ako after watching this episode.....

when she went shopping with Aya, she didn't look bothered either.....that's amazing....
the girl playing Aya, she was a swimsuit model before? This is her first time playing the lead isn't it? She's portraying the role of Aya very well.... the way she cries and she's going to be crying more as the episodes go by.....

yeah, Aya - erika sawajiri is a gravure idol as well.
I've been wanting to watch Shinobi but it hasn't been shown in theatres here yet....
Erika Sawajiri is hot....angelic face and killer body..even though she's wearing alot in the drama, I keep noticing how busty she was (girls do notice such things)...maybe that's cos I know she was a gravure model..
I think this show is better than Sekachuu.....much more focused on family ties...because in such times, I really think it's family that helps u to pull through.....I wish there's more interaction between Haruto and Aya though

Aya is now very, very close to all familymembers, I think...compared to the start...now her sisters and her brother care so much about her and help her in ervery way they can ...maybe...before it was different...dunno, but really Aya seembed to be one of those perfect daughters and maybe she helped them with studying and now they help her
I like this drama very much!!! But really the next ep...there will be a flood of tears

Asoukun is crying also 2 times I saw in the preview and he`s showing that girl, who runs after him...I think he talks about Aya....seldom saw him so angry
Yah, Aya seems to be the daughter who never causes her parents to worry and excels in everything.....is that the case in real life? or did the drama slightly exaggerate things in order to make it more touching? Maybe that's why Aya is always apologising now.....she feels she's making so much trouble for everyone for the first time in her life....

Haruto crying.....I saw the caps and I think the girl who likes him made some remarks about Aya, didn't she? Yay....just abt time for their relationship to move forward.....it's so sweet how Haruto who seems so unfeeling and cold at the start cares about Aya so much....

Did you also watch the preview scene where they are alone and Haruto is crying and then Aya says Bye.... I wanted to cry too.
We must not forget...Haruto doesn`t exist in the real story...
Waah, I think I`m really going to cry while watching the next ep....
yah Haruto doesn't exist...he's fabricated which is really a pity...he's added on because the real Aya's mother requested so isn't it? I didn't watch that preview.....just thinking abt it makes me wanna

Right...he`s one of the persons making this drama so cute and pityful...
Just my suggestion but maybe it would be half that interesting like it is now...but very sad, that he`s just invented...but the real story is reality and reality is very often hard...

For you people who want to see more with Erika Sawajiri I can say that she also was in the movie Pacchigi that is quite new. I haven't seen it myself but it seems like she has a leading role there and a guy who saw it said it was good. I think it's out on DVD.
I have to get my hands on it somehow

*sigh* actually I really hope that they can be together, even it sounds little bit impossible. But I REALLY want to see..

... the changed in Haruto's view of life. In earlier episode, Haruto always said that "the person who will survive, survive, and who will die, will die" Not only that, with his brother's death, Haruto seems doesn't care about the meaning of life. With his interaction with Aya, I hope he will understand the meaning of life. Like Aya said before, Won't Haruto be sad if someone important for him die? I also hope Haruto will realize that Aya's important for him, and his view about doctor's job will alsochanged..
Do minna-san get my point? It seems I'm little bit bubbling around ^~
But again, 1 Rittoru is a great story! Always excited when I come to wednesday morning and found it's RAW torrent is already in d-addicts ^^

sasse,
that would explain a lot. cuz i cry over almost anything! thanks for clearing that up... now i dont have to think im kind of emotional wreck lol
Don`t worry about that!!! that`s excactly what I call myself...I`m a very noisy viewer...when the story is sad, I`m crying like a baby and when it`s a happy story I`m so excited and feel with the characters or die becoz of laughing...
And yes Japanese cry very...even in TV... I remember one woman, she couldn`t speak anymore and was just sobbing...
