Hello, while I was living in Japan I got totally hooked on the NHK taiga dorama Musashi... I lived in Kumamoto for a while and that just cemented my interest in his story ... Does anyone know where I can find the series.. I'm now back in Canada and of course don't have access to NHK anymore, and can't find anything on the web... any ideas?

i just finished watching a rather silly and forgettable drama. tsahan-man. really silly. one of those i wouldn't burn on CDs. love.... from tsuhan-man.

Watched 1st 2 episodes of Otousan. Pretty boring show, especially when compared to Oyaji. (One of my favs) Big name actresses does nothing without good scripts. I'll probably continue with the series cause of Hirosue Ryoko. Beauty or Beast is a damn good show. (Aren't all Matsushima Nanako's dramas?) Would be better if Sorimachi Takeshi were the main character but the main actor is pretty good too. Heaven's coins 3 is your typical 'let's make every conceivable bad thing happen to the main female character so people will feel sorry for her' drama. Hope they'll surprise me with the ending. I'm up to ep 7 of Wedding Planner. Its been a surprisingly good show with a great ensemble of characters. Too bad Hiroshi Abe has been relegated to a sidekick character with little character story but everyone gets around the same screen time.

Getting better as the story progresses although Oyaji is better overall. A superb theme song! Ryoko performance is prolly the best from her.

Haven't watched this one. Must complete collecting the series before watchin, "Leech first, watch later".

Same thing applies to the incomplete dramas. The "truth hurts", hehe. I hear Heaven's Coins are quite dark themed dramas.

Just watched Beauty or Beast ep 6. Can this drama get any better? The best drama I've watched so far that has hardly any romance in it with focus on characters and their jobs. They tried this with Hero but that was a let down. The anchorman Sakuragi is the best.

im watching this now too. i like the nagase guy. he's funny and cool. hmm i missed the first few episodes.. what's their relation? ex-es right? what happened between them? sheesh i hjope they get togetherrr!

bought the series but have not had the time to watch it...i thought it would be another romance love generation type of story...maybe i should go watch it... my harddisk just crashed a week ago. all my downloaded japanese dramas are gone... slowly re-downloading them again... a piece of advice...always back up the harddisk...you never know when it would crash...!

Just watched Hotman 4 eps in a row A very interesting family drama. Nanami, the daughter of Enzo (GTO guy) is so cute Haha! got only an ep left...I shouldn't have watched it before I have the complete series, hehe. So far so good! Pretty weird seeing Takashi in a father's role, at least he's a teacher, the past experience from GTO Akiko Yada is HOT!!!

Akiko Yada is HOT!!! Lovey Eyes

Yeah...Akiko Yada is really hot in this one. She looks exceptionally pretty and cute in this series. All the females are nice...which is why I mainly watch. Ha ha! Big Grin

If you watch the rest...don't spoil it for us here in LA, CA. I think episode 11 is coming up this Sunday. I believe it ends at episode 12.
