I recently finished this drama, and I really liked it. Normally I pay more attention to romantic dramas, but this one was one of the few exceptions mainly because of the cute cast ^_^ Great faces, great acting, and a touching story. I just wish that kame will do romantic dramas soon
Doesnt NwP have its special (ending)episode?
What i mean is not the special episodes which was aired prior to episode 1 ( im not sure if I made sense)
I only heard about it but i dunno whether it is true or not _________________

woo 100 pages!!!
Ok, to start off, I'm on the verge of breaking down because life is a total DRAG and all I wanna do now is just sit down and rewatch NWP for the i-dunno-how-many-times. but apparently, i would get hooked up yet again and i dont have the 12 hours or so to waste on rewatching, which really sucks because it would definitely have been another great 12 hours.
hey, have you guys ever thought what it would be like if Yamapi were to take on Shuji's role and Kame assumed Akira's role...?
yah... i know most of you will say "NO WAY!!!!" BUT..... just ASSUME that the one playing Shuji is Yamapi and the one playing Akira is Kame. i didnt think it;d work out at first, but hey, Yamapi usually acts as the 'cool guy' or the quiet/mysterious/intense one anyways. it's easy to imagine him as Shuji in fact. but kame, i dunno. i know he can play fun/playboy characters like kindaichi, but wacky and weird ones like Akira?
hi.. i've been out for like months and i really regret it... Coz i totally miss out all the nobuta madness in this forum.. So i guess i haf to start like from page one.. sigh..
i finished watching it.. the ending is kinda funny and my heart goes out to akira for his persistence in friendship.. haha.. i read the actual novel before the show. But i still think the show's better. Really cant imagine what would happen if nobuta was played by a guy like in the actual story rather than a girl.. hehe.. sirry if i erpeat this point cos i havent got the time to read all the posts.. hehe... gomene..
actually, i'd stick to the original character casts rather than the swooping one. YamaP has been playing the 'cool guy' roles for like a long time. N it's great to c a change (at last!). so if he played shuji, it would seem rather boring.. And as for dear kame chan.. i think he has shown improvement in the scenes when he met the drastic setback of being unpopular.. Shant say more.. if not will spoil the show.. hehe..
by the way.. Happy Women's day to all females in the world..

I did think about that though, what it would be like if the characters did switch roles. It wouldnt seem right now cause we already are used to their charcters, but I CAN see them switching off if it were done. But am a bit biased cause im already used to them and their regular chracters. Horikita Maki was a perfect choice for the Nobuta character, think all the chracters in the drama were the right choices for the drama. It worked very well.
I miss them already... sigh. Why must I get so attached to these dramas. Im always listening to the OST in my car

yeah, i've thought of that. i think they'd be able to pull it off, given their talents. but the thing is, for us who've seen yamapi as akira and kame as shuji, it's pretty hard to visualize a switch, esp since they were really good in assuming the characters. the protrayals were just perfect! but hey, if originally, it was kame as akira then yamapi as shuji, it'd be the other way around. got it? i mean, if this were the case, it'd be hard for us to think of kame as shuji and yamapi as akira. _________________

yep.. i agree with evil_zai..
since we were exposed to see Kame as Shuji and Yamapi as Akira
it would probably hard to visualise if they swap their roles _________________

well in yamapi's March 2nd diary entry, he mentioned he went to NHK and that "the long-time-no-see Shuji to Akira has been revived". or has that show been aired....?

omg i cant stress how much i feel thankful for the existence of this nobuta drama, pi, etc. i cant count the number of times pi's diaries have cheered me up and encouraged me to be a stronger and happier person, even though i havent been his fan for very long. and also watching nobuta varieties keep me entertained and put me in a happy mood so much~
