im not sure if its the same with the anime, im guessing it'll be based on it, but its about some random people's stories who gets harassed, harmed or whatever looking for help >> Hell Girl.. at night, they go to her site and it only appears when the clock strikes midnight.
she gives them a doll with a string on its neck, pulling it out means you made a contract with her, but in one condition.. they'll go to hell when they die in their lifetime. its interesting but it gets repetitive from episode to episode.. but it also tells about Ai Enma's (hell girl) past near the end.
