hmm yeah, the actors aren't that attractive lately. nothing to swoon over. they focus too much on finding the pretty boys lately. god i still find the older actors more attractive than the young ones. the young ones just don't have that....air of a grown man. well maybe tamaki hiroshi but i've only seen him in nodame so i need to see more to decide.
same with johnny's groups too. if you compare the groups that debuted in the 90s (smap, v6, tokio, kinki kids, arashi) they actually looked like normal boys that just turned out to be good looking. but now, they make them all pretty before they debut them.
HAHA yutaka is a tad skinny but his face is just beyond handsome! Very kakkoii man too. As for the situation now, it's looking bleak. I miss the 90's although I only got into all this in the early 2000s. Looks like we got to wait another 15 years for Kimura's daughters to debut. or maybe little Nagase-Ayumis, Takashi-Nanakos and... Goro-Mihos. Wonder if they would be as successful as their Mamas and Papas.

Yes 90 stars were much better. The actors now are not my cup of tea. The actresses are not getting much prettier either. The only one I like of recent times would be Nakama Yukie.
same here.. i dont find the younger bunch of Johnny's attractive.. they are not my type.. find them not appealing? all the idols i prefer are older.. the same applies to the females..
for instance, im more interested in more experienced actress like Ryoko Hirosue.. Nakama Yukie is quite an old actress too.. its just she became more popular these few yrs.. yea..

YES BoA herself is not ashamed to say she had surgery. I thought its a pretty known fact? As for Ayumi, it's extensive surgery!!!! She made her eyes 10x bigger and made her nose sharper. Okay maybe not so extensive, but whoa.. the eyes!

yes...i read one of the chinese forum, they have paste a lot of japan actress picture to shown the difference of now and past, 90% of them have surgery before, or fixed their teeth, too. However, Korean actress won over japanese because they are 99% are surgery....it is very common among them in their country.

I know that in japan little procedures such as getting their eyes(eyelids) fixed and their teeth fixed might be more common now than it used to be. I'm pretty sure matsuda seiko has had stuff done... well, she was notorious in the 90s and 80s because of having stuff done...
now that i think about it, I think goro chan actually has had a little work on his eyes(eye lids) too. i remember they(the other members) used to tease him relentlessly about that lol. _________________

So I can accept the fact she done a plastic surgery. But she didn't change anything at all for me. Still da same..not very pretty at all.. Ayumi in the past is more beautiful than Ayumi now!
