now that i've seen KRAP-TUN's single. At least, IMO, NEWS doesn't need to compete with them Keep the faith is just freakin' cheesy. what is with that song. sounds like one of those tokusatsu opening themes. and watching the pv makes my eyes hurt, with all that stuff they're wearing the screen just looks so full _________________

we'll see about that...laruku will be releasing an album next week so there is a big possiblity that they will take away the number1 spot from news..

Nope, pacific is not going to be no.1 this week. That album went off REALLY REALLY DOWN the chart compared to weeeek which is still in the Top10 Singles. This week, KinKi Kids are going to win the album battle with no.1. And also, pacific is likely not going to be in the Top10 for its second week.

Got the sales result for week 2 already: weeeek - 37,658 (total: 300,373) pacific - 15,695 (total: 211,483) At this rate, weeeek will outsell Hoshi wo Mezashite. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about pacific, it's doing quite low for its second week. I don't think it will outsell Touch. However, HSJ are doing unbelievably well, they managed to outsell NEWS in the last 2 days of this week's sales (though still about 15,000 less than NEWS), so I think HSJ could very well outsell weeeek.
