Horikita, Ishihara, Mizukawa cast in "Much Ado About Love" special
NTV has announced its fourth drama special based on the variety show "Koi no Karasawagi" (also known as "Much Ado About Love"). The special, known as "Love Stories IV," is composed of three separate tales, which star Maki Horikita, Satomi Ishihara, and Asami Mizukawa.
In "Namaiki na Onna," Horikita plays a sassy college student. "Koe ga Furueru Onna" features Ishihara as a woman whose voice trembles whenever she talks. Talento Ayako Nishikawa serves as the basis for Mizukawa's domineering character in "Koroshitai Onna."
"Love Stories IV" airs on November 30 at roughly 9:00pm.

Satomi's new drama
Mishima's "Rokumeikan" gets drama treatment
Tue, October 30, 2007 (2:53pm EDT)
TV Asahi is producing a drama special based on the Yukio Mishima play "Rokumeikan." It was previously made into a drama on NHK in 1970 and a film directed by Kon Ichikawa in 1986. TV Asahi's version will star Masakazu Tamura and Hitomi Kuroki, once again cast in the roles of a husband and wife. They previously played a couple in the drama series "Oyaji" (2000) and "Fuufu" (2004).
The story is set during the Meiji era at the Rokumeikan (also known as the Deer Cry Pavilion), a social center that ultimately became a symbol of the Westernization process in Japan. Tamura plays Count Kageyama, whose forceful political methods have earned him many enemies. Kuroki plays his wife Asako, a former geisha. The action mainly takes place at a ball that has been targeted for attack by activists.
"Rokumeikan" will air during the start of the new year.
Cast
* Tamura Masakazu as Count Kageyama
* Kuroki Hitomi as Asako
* Matsuda Shota
* Ishihara Satomi

Shame. Satomi didn't get number one here.
Oricon: who would you want nursing you?
Now that the weather has turned cold, Oricon conducted a survey asking a thousand men and women which celebrity they would want to be nursed by if they were sick.
Women ranked Masaharu Fukuyama as #1, followed by Teppei Koike and Tsuyoshi Domoto. Kenji Sakaguchi tied with Shingo Katori for #4.
Men, on the other hand, preferred Masami Nagasawa, though Yui Aragaki was the second most popular choice. Aki Hoshino and Satomi Ishihara tied for #3, while Hitomi Kuroki, Haruka Ayase, and Maki Horikita all tied for #5.

I already downloaded those love stories, all three of them.
Not watching them yet, just waiting for the sub.

For PB, How much does it cost each?
Actually, one of mine is downloading but i'm not sure who's story it is. Do you have a link to the Satomi one? Is there a HQ version and a regular version? I'm having trouble finding them on d-addicts.
The PBs are around $28 USD directly but you'd never get them for the exact price. It'd probably range from $35-60 over the internet or in the stores. But I bought an autographed copy so its price is different. Are you planning to buy one? _________________

No, I was just curious.
d-addicts only has the whole series, no separate ones.
