I wonder why I haven't posted anything on this thread since i joined this forum. to think i like her. 
I love her in Ring 0.  Saw her on Gokusen and liked it. The 2nd season, uhmm never mind it's the same as the 1st season, nothing new but watched it for the sake of Yukie and I think that will also be the case for Gokusen 3.

Popular actress Yukie Nakama had a minor accident while driving in Shibuya on Sunday evening. According to police, she was traveling on a one-way road in a residential area near the JR Shibuya Station. The left side of her car hit a metal pole on the side of the street, which had been installed by a homeowner to separate a private parking space from the public road.
Because no one was hurt, police dealt with it as a case of property damage. Nakama also apologized through her agency, saying that it was the result of her inexperience at driving.

Nakama to star in New Year's drama

TV Tokyo has already announced its plans for its annual "Shinshun Wide Jidaigeki" drama. The network started airing the special in 1981 as a 12-hour event, but it was later reduced to 10 hours. Last year, Izumi Inamori became the first woman to star in it, and this coming year Yukie Nakama will become the second.
The drama is tentatively titled "Nene: Onna Taikoki" and is based on a story by Sugako Hashida. The central character is Nene (also known as Kodai-in), who was one of the wives of the Sengoku period daimyo Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The story was also the basis for an NHK taiga drama in 1981.
"Nene: Onna Taikoki" will air on January 2, starting at 2:00pm.
