Not that I remembered. But I googled it and found a pic of Victoria Beckham. Now there's an advert for no bobs on blondes if there ever was one.

Just can't resist that pouty face.
Just to add about Juri-chan's dedication to her acting, one of the hallmarks of her skills is her ability to make you accept her new role without any legacy. Take Noda Megumi. That role is so iconic that it would kill the careers of many actors. Yet when you watch Rainbow Song, Tsubasa, Naoko, or Last Friends you don't think about Nodame at all. Rainbow Song and Tsubasa especially because her look in these were similar to Nodame. You almost think it was another actress. Compare this to many of the actors considered the "best" or "most popular" in Japan, but really only play the same role in every drama and movie they do. Huge difference and you see why Juri-chan is so good at what she does. |

I agree with you wholeheartedly on that; Juri-chan is just so good taking on a role without a legacy, and without being typecast. Certainly speaks to her acting ability and her willingness to challenge herself by taking a role such as Ruka in Last Friends. Just an awesome, versatile actress

Though I'd use a paper bag... It's more Earth-friendly than a potato sack.

I agree: there are those real actors who are dedicated to their craft, not their popularity/image... And Juri-chan is clearly part of the former, not the latter.
