Hi, I am new here. I love reading everyone's posts. I'm able to learn a lot about my favorite actors thanks to all the pics, news, gossips and comments.
For me, Oguri Shun is not just another HOT looking actor. That's a given. But he is an inspiring person altogether. Full of flaws and virtures.
I admire him because despite having a physical defect (pectus excavatum) that would have hinder any other actor from becoming famous, he is confident enough to take off his shirt in front of a camera!!!
He exudes so much self-confidence that one cannot help but to ignore that minor "detail", and focus on his height and gorgeous face .
I love the fact that he is more charismatic and approachable in comparison to other good-looking actors. That he doesn't mind playing fool in front of the audience to please the audience. That he is such a hard worker. Etc., etc., etc.
I feel so motivated to work very hard in order to achieve my goals everytime I see him acting, in pictures, or interviews. Definitely somebody I would love to meet in person. |

Yes, that's our Oguri . I got this from an old article.
gShun Oguri is hot. Hefs effectively replaced Takuya Kimura as the man women most want to go to bed with,h an entertainment beat editor tells Shukan Bunshun.
...Oguri has a rare standing among Japanfs showbiz watchers.
gOguri never acts like a big star. The media loves him. Hefll give good interviews and even if his agency doesnft want something talked about, theyfll say it in a nice way. His dad was a stage director and brother once worked as an actor, so I guess the environment he grew up in had some bearing on his attitude. Hefs been involved in showbiz since he was a kid, so his approach to people is different to someone whofs just popped up out of nowhere. Hefs normal,h critic Kazuhiko Futada tells Shukan Bunshun.
Oguri is tall, good-looking and a nice guy – which explains why hefs apparently dampening so many panties –...

The presentation ceremony of the 2008 MTV Student Voice Awards was held at Studio Coast on Tuesday.
In a repeat of last year, Shun Oguri picked up enough votes to win Best Actor. For Best Actress, Mao Inoue was outvoted this year in favor of Juri Ueno...
As far as his new special Yume wo Kanaeru Zou
NTV's 2-hour adaptation of the story stars Oguri as Kouhei and Arata Furuta as Ganesha. Broadcast has been scheduled for October 2 at 9:00pm
I can wait to see it!!!
