I can't believe that there are still people out there who like her even when evidence like this shows that she abuses her authority and is pretty untrustworthy. She seems to have hypnotized a bunch of people with her apparent folksy-ness... If they ever snap out of it, they'll realize how unqualified she really is. _________________

You're talking about the same 29% who still believe George Bush is doing a great job. |

From The Huffington Post ( http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kathlyn-and-gay-hendricks/body-politics-sarah-palin_b_132785.html ):
More recently, we cringed when we heard Sarah Palin start using more of those pseudo-folksy expressions such as "You betcha" and "doggone-it." She was droppin' so many g's on-stage at last week's debate that the janitorial staff may have had to work over-time pickin' 'em up, by gum. The last eight years have taught us all a sobering lesson: you don't have to be smart to be the President of the United States. However, we hope that America is smart enough to see Palin's exaggerated folksiness for what it is, a cheap trick to cozy up to us so they can sell us four more years of Bush Lite. We hope America will hear those "You betchas" and send McCain/Palin a message right back: Just because you pretend to be dumb and folksy, you don't automatically get to live in the White House. _________________

i have no idea how ppl can still vote for the mccain/palin ticket after seeing that she has absolutely no grasp on any of the issues whatsoever....i'd be really afraid for the US if that ticket actually wins..... _________________

McCain's regurgitating the same old blather from his commercials during the debate...
Give it up, John, time for you to fade away like MacArthur said of all old soldiers.... _________________

I think that's true for both candidates to differing extents...but the fact is...McCain isn't a good debater.
But he sure knows how to light up a dark room.

Yeah, for the most part.
And of course, McCain's on the attack, 'cause he's the one in the hole.

Nice!
My favorite moment of the debate: "Zero?!?" as Obama proceeds to bash McCain's health care plan. _________________

Haha...the guy seriously needed to be coached better...everybody is talking about all his weird facial expressions n' shiet...man you figure by the 3rd debate you would have put a lock on that....but it's reflexive for him...can't teach an old dog new tricks, I guess. |
