yep...those Arashi's were in full force the yofluffy's were still recuperating from shock and are presently experiencing a major relapse
maybe "very unreliable" BUT the so-call professionals of the industry, media, etc... show trends of following the results of the "unreliables" |

Even the critiques awards are not reliable like Tokyo Drama Awards. How about the Hashida awards? Would love to know the reliable awards for Japanese drama if there's any.
On topic. Ryusei no Kizuna ratings: 21.2%. As expected _________________

You got that right. Japanese dramas isn't exactly an established art form that can accept criticism or praise from an accredited and/or reliable organization. I'd say the National Enquirer has more credibility than all the magazines put together who give out these stupid awards.
Here's what the so-called awards do... Allow readers and viewers to influence the networks to make what they want - season after season of manga-driven crap. And that's a bad thing. Before you know it, the "ABC After-school Specials" style dramas we Americans watched in the afternoons will be shown exclusively prime-time in Japan - night after night.
But I don't understand why. Many of the non-trendy series like Aibo and the other deka dramas, Mito Komon, Wataru Seken wa Oni Bakari, the Taiga drama, the doyo wide shows, and countless others consistently score better than most of the trendy dramas. You just don't see the ratings in this topic (or on JDorama.com for that matter) because the people who posts the ratings here conveniently leave them out. It is much like watching FOX NEWS while looking for positive liberal information.

| Wow.. Just finish watching Ryusei no Kizuna. As rating shows such a high rating for the week, let's hope the rating will keep up. Anyway, is there any site that shows reliable rating for the japanese drama which are updating early? |

The sample audience from which they draw the television ratings must certainly come from one age group of viewers for a number of dramas to score so highly when they have plots or have cast that are dubious. _________________

(a complain) which happens year after year
high scoring dramas thus far: Kaze no Garden and Ryusei no Kizuna
Its surprising to see Innocent Love getting an average rating considering its a Monday Fuji dorama. Not enough "dubious" cast? _________________

Indeed.
I think Kaze no Garden is quite a decent offering compared to quite a few others this season i.e. Tuesdays. _________________

Really surprising because I thought IL looks promising. Backlash from disappointment on LF perhaps?
oh. That Aya Ueto as Paris Hilton drama XD. Team Batista cast looks normal to me
Kaze no Garden is the "critiques" choice this season. As expected coming from the scriptwriter of the flawless Yasashii Jikan. _________________
