Arigatou! I decided to edit it and to post it properly!
My report:
It was very impressing! The orchestra sound was VERY HIGH, I was shaking lol, it was wonderful! Chiaki was conducting the orchestra, he was more handsome than in the drama. Kiyora & Mine were playing violin. Eita lost too much weight, he looked weird, but had a great smile. This guy is cool!
Juri was wearing a black & yellow dress, on a black turtleneck and black tights + ballerinas. She was very pale, very white, and looked very asian. I mean that in the drama, she doesn't look very asian, she had the usual japanese beauty. But in real, her eyes were slanted a lot, more than in the dorama. You could obviously say that she was korean, something like that atleast. She had a good skin, her usual hairstyle, but she didn't look as beautiful & cute in real. She was different! But well, I wasn't disappointed, it's how she looks I mean. What I love on her is her powerful acting. She smiled sometimes but we could feel that she was obviously very shy in real life. She didn't dare looking around her, even if she was here since the morning. But whenever she goes on the sets, she would look at us (the first balcony) and waves. ^-^
Juri was in the audience with us. She was side to this guy in the special (Wentz Eiji) who is FREAKING HANDSOME in real life! Seriously, in the drama he's looking okay, but in real life, he is really charming. And he had a stylish haircut, the same hair colour as YamaPi right now, but lighter! His pants and his suit weren't suitable. His pants had printed tiles, and it was grey. And the top of suit (with the cravat) had no printing on it, it was smooth.
But both their outfits (Juri & Eiji) were of high brands, the tissue looked perfect.
The shooting was really long though; and I saw how complicated it was to film only a scene. But the director and the guys on the sets were really serious and fond of it. Even though it was so complicated. Re-taking again & again the same frame, omfg lol.
But really, I loved the orchestra the most. The speech Nodame had (although she stayed from the morning to now, 21:00) was very short. Eiji arrives and says "Yokattaaaaa" (because they were placed in front of the scene, they were happy). And Nodame said "Sho deshiou ne" with her way to talk aww ("so desu yo ne"). Then she talked and said something with "Chiaki sempai" with a very cute expression as usual! You'll see, that's the only thing she says!

^ I don't understand how her eyes can be more slanted in real life than in the drama... It's the same person.

I haven't seen or met her in real life (I wish), but I can't imagine she looks THAT different...

Aww! No worries I understand your reluctance about this physical review I made! Well, as I told you, I really hope you'll get to meet her someday! But you know, a lot of people look different in photos/videos and in real life. That happens with me too. My expression look frozen on pictures, while in real life it's not the case at all LOL
Anyways, you'll meet her and notice it by yourself. And hopefully, you'll still think that she is cute, even if her face is different

Well, I think it will only happen in Paris (the premiere) because the director got too much links and business here! Furthermore, even if we were a lot of extras, it was not enough to fill a theater, so I think that they're doing it because Nodame is really famous in the parisian high class. For example yesterday, most of the extras were rich japanese women, from 25 to 35 years old. They really seemed to have a comfortable standard of living. Just as almost all the parisian japanese here.
So the team won't be afraid to make a premiere, since they know that someone will surely pay a ticket and attend it. I'm not sure it's the case in another country in Europe!

I wouldn't even worry about the single torrents: If they don't have the .ssa file, they're stuck like those in the past.
