I always enjoyed Gackt when he appeared on the Downtown shows. He was really amazing with all the things he could do so well. He used to try hard not to break a smile and I think he must have been a master of control.
He has many talents and I think he is truly well read and intelligent. After all that he is beautiful to look at. Sigh. What is it with these Asian men.

Gackt's first regular voice acting role

Singer Gackt (36) has been chosen as a voice actor in the animated series "Shiki," airing on Fuji TV this summer. Although he has done voice roles before, this is his first time as a regular voice cast member of a series.

"Shiki" is based on a horror/mystery novel series by Fuyumi Ono. The story is set in a small village whose inhabitants mysteriously begin dying. Gackt's character is a noble named Seishiro Kirishiki.

The series starts in July and will air in Fuji TV's late-night Thursday 1:15am time slot.

Gackt moves to Avex, may tour Europe

Singer Gackt (36) has announced that he has just signed with Avex. His first single under that label is scheduled for June 16, though details are still unknown.

Starting on June 10, Gackt will be doing a nationwide Zepp tour as the band YELLOW FRIED CHICKENs. The tour will run until August 20, with a total of 24 concerts scheduled.

In addition, Sankei Sports reports that he is planning to do his first Europe tour this summer, though nothing has been finalized yet.

Thanks for the info Stevie. That is a funny name Yellow Fried Chickens. Fried Chicken always looks golden to me. I hope his European tour goes well and that by the time of his tour dates the flights to and from Europe are safe from the Iclandic volcanic ash.
