Just finished watching the Movie 1 broadcast version. Thanks to Beemer for downsizing the original upload.
As it happens I watched the movie (4 times) when it was released in Hong Kong, so here is a summary of the differences.
As Beemer noted the broadcast version has a lot of scenes with Streseman. For instance at the beginning of the movie, the part where Chiaki conducted Des Champ (performing Beethoven's 7th) was replaced by Streseman's monologue. The cinema version picked up from where the revised Paris special left off - with Nodame looking at a ticket fondly just before she hit the sack. This part was cut from the broadcast version.
A lot of scenes from the drama (and special) were included in the broadcast version, notably the R-S performance at Suntory Hall (Beethoven's 7th). Some interesting scenes were cut from the movie as a result, such as most of the Roux-Marlett audition. One of the new members, the celloist, is actually a member of the Nodame Orchestra.
Some scenes that were taken out were precursors to the second half of the movie and, IMHO, should have been left alone. For instance, we know in the preview that Nodame is doing a concert with Streseman (her debut); and that some members of the S-Oke (Ryutaro, Masumi, Kyora) will make an appearance. Both story lines had scenes in the movie that led to them.
Another unfortunate left out scenes made the movie (broadcast version) incomplete - such as why Nodame had such a reaction to Chiaki conducting and performing the Bach concerto; and why Matsuda said he's going back to Japan after the 1812 peformance.
Streseman in the broadcast version looked like he was planning for Nodame's debut very actively. While he had this intention all the scenes were add-ons and had not appeared in the manga at all. Towards the end of the movie (broadcast version) he was writing a score and mumbling things like this is his final project (Japanese speaker please clarify). However Nodame's debut was the Chopin piano concerto which was definitely not Streseman's creation.
Notwithstanding the flaws the broadcast version is a sight for sore eyes for those who can't get to the movie. I suppose they have to insert sufficient changes so that people who went to see the movie won't felt cheated, especially those who watched multiple times. If you want to know what the cinema version was like wait for the release of the DVD, or read the manga - the movie follows the manga quite closely.

^ Thanks for the detailed analysis... From my viewing it appeared that there was a lot of obvious filler and the some scenes were unfortunately removed to make room for it.
As I mentioned earlier, the filler really interrupted the flow of the movie and made it lose continuity... I'll have to wait for my DVDs to arrive for me to determine what I've missed... Besides the English subtitles.
I really like Ueno Juri because of her clean, cute style. She doesn't need to overly express her feminine side to look sexy or what not. She looks great in anything she wears at least so far from the pictures I've seen. That's why she's an ideal girl for many guys including me.
I haven't seen the new Nodame Cantabile movie yet. I wish could but really busy with school work and internship. Got to find the time during the upcoming weeks when school is over.

Like I said, she's a Mori Girl.
And you shouldn't give up on Sunao ni Narenakute... Juri-chan's in it!
