Dutch kids are mostly very happy when they reacht 18, because then they can drink all the alcohol they want. They can just drink light ones (like beer) when they're 16.

There goes same as Malaysian here..When u're 18 u can drink and smoke and of course u can drive even when u're 17...But 18 years old is consider as 'teenager years' until 21 u r consider an adult n not teenage anymore..(just the terms, even when u're 20somethin we consider ourself still a teenager... rofl

) and in order to enter a casino u need to be 21.... Victory! Peace!

(we often use this as a joke, 'hey u're 21 wanna go to casino??' Naughty
