Downloaded Hyde's 666 album yesterday. Those are some seriously great songs! Quite different from L'arc en ciel's songs. Really like those metal-like songs in english, especially Masquerade and Midnight Celebration.

I think "kono imo" literally means "you potato" in japanese which is said to someone who is unfashionable.
Not that I thought it as an insult but it just came up in my mind.

Alright, that was pretty good. Think I'll have to listen a little more to really appreciate it though.

Yay, Julie you rock my socks off!!! I just finished watching the 14th episode of Full Metal Alchemist and I was surprised to see that L`arc~en~ciel did the OP. This song is sooo punk rock I couldnt believe it, and the lyrics are equally good! I like their style prior to this but ready steady go is just great. Gonna be listening to this for a while. Arigato gozaimasu!!!

Full Metal Alchemist is an anime series that is currently playing in Japan right now and the new op is Ready Steady Go, thats why I was so excited about the link. They have done quite a few anime intros:
DNA^2: Blurry Eyes
Rurouni Kenshin: Fourth Avenue Cafe
GTO: Drivers High
Thats all that I know of. Ill be in Japan this spring but I wont be there long enough to see them play .

Just heard the new song. Kinda lite, but I'm sure L'arc have sumthin up there sleeves.
hmmm.....Is it just me or does l'arc sound less complicated now. What i mean is that they use to have up to 3 guitars regularly for a song and now its like...wutever....lol...j/k
Ken's guitar work seems less complicated kinda now. His solo still cool, but so little (I can probably learn that in less than a day if I had a tab).
On the other hand though, I'm liking Hyde's solo work lyrically.
I wished L'arc put out more songs like Stay Away and Bravery.
*sigh* o well, if anyone know where to get tabs for L'arc, hyde, and ken's band (S.O.A.P.) I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
