Churasan [ŋãįģņ] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) A lovely tale of life coming full circle with family and friends. I enjoyed learning about Okinawan culture. | Kekkon Dekinai Otoko [ĨÅŦČĒj] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) If you enjoy Abe Hiroshi you will love this one. Even if you haven't learned to love him yet you will stil like this one. Quiet off-beat humor. Plus Ken-chan is soooo cute! | Nodame Cantabile [Ėūß@J^r|] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) Love the classical music! Didn't really enjoy the slapstick, but the music far outweighs the style of humor in this one. |
Sakura [ģį] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) I enjoyed the interaction of a young woman of Japanese-American descent from Hawaii with the wide variety of people she met while living in Japan as a student teacher. Sakura is adorable. Plus Ozawa Yukiyoshi, as a Physical Ed teacher, is very easy on the eyes in this one. I wanted it to go on much longer after it ended. | Sutaa no Koi [X^AĖö] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Also known as Star No Koi. I really enjoyed the whole feeling of this one. A regular salary guy and a celebrity gal. Will they, or won't they? Plus all that delicious looking food! | Watashi no Aozora [ĖÂó] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) This was my first real series that I watched. I enjoyed watching the courage of a young woman striking out on her own in Tokyo, while going against the traditions of her parents and society. I fell in love with the little boy! Sooo cute! This also has two of my favorite male actors in it; Tsutsui Michitaka and Kusakari Masao. Eventhough I don't care for boxing at all, I stll managed to really like this one! |
