Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] Very emotional, moving, sad drama [Rating: 9/10] Well, to start off, I'm a picky guy when it comes to watching Drama's... And I give this drama two thumbs up...
NOW FOR THE PPL giving this Drama bad scores, if you read what they said, for example, Comment#28, gave it 3 BECAUSE it doesnt have twisted ending?!?!?! and couple other's gave it bad score because it is tragic/depressing!?!?!?!
To conclude, if you like Drama's that are very emotional and want to cry or to. Watch This... If you dont like sad endings, tragic story line, sad stuff... This is NOT for you...
Acting was great, characters were great, story had some slow moments, but it was great... I liked it a lot... and would recommend this to anyone who dont mind watching sad / love drama's.
Kamisama mou sukoshi dake [神様、もう少しだけ] Its more annoying then sad. [Rating: 6/10] I have to admit the acting was good, characters were good. Story plot stunk and waaaaaay to unrealistic to even get into it. Its not sad at all, its just plain annoying and no common sense in this film.
It gets pretty annoying when you have to deal with a spoiled, selfish high school girl, always wanting her way in almost every episode. And a cheating mom character that gets on your nerves. What is unrealistic is that, you have a rich healthy musician who goes out with a high school girl, not to mention spoiled, selfish annoying high school girl, knowing that she has AIDS, he still sleeps with her and has unprotected sex, later on she gets pregnant and a healthy girl is born, HAHAHA, what a joke. Every single common sense is broken in this line of series.
The only character that I truely enjoyed and really felt sad for is the father figure. Who works hard, supporting his family, while his good for nothing wife cheats, his daughter is just plain spoiled and selfish gets AIDS sleeping around... I felt so bad for him for having such a crazy stupid family when he is the most honest hardworking characters of them all.... Everyone else can go to hell... The director lost his common sense, what was he thinking?!?!?!
Kimi wa Petto [きみはペット] HORRIBLE! ONLY GOOD IF YOUR A GIRL. [Rating: 3/10] I agree with comment #19 and all the other reviewers who gave it a bad rating. The only reason why this show got a good rating is because most of the reviewers sound like little girls who seem to have a crush on jun. I was very disappointed with this series, very boring (BORING) lots of repititions, lots of flaws in the story line itself. All I can say is if your a girl and you like the actor MOMO (JUN), then this would be perfect for you, its more of a girls fantasy story then a real good JDrama.
Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003 [高校教師 2003] I would recommend this! [Rating: 9/10] Many people gave this drama bad ratings mainly due to the fact that its messed up and twisted. If you don't like to watch messed up things, than don't watch it.
My overall experience watching this drama wasn't at all boring, it was worth it. My only concern is that it started of pretty slow and unconvincing, but, as the drama progresses, you do eventually become some what attached to some of the characters in this drama. Twisted in a lot of ways, sad in most cases, but thats something I don't mind watching at all.
