Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙]
1 Litre of Tears [Rating: 10/10]
This is one my favorite dramas. I cried so much especially during the final episodes. I recommend this to everyone. This will truly touch your hearts and it is a very inspiring story especially because it is based on a true story. The main female lead was really strong here and was able to portray her character well. Also, the actor who played Haruto was really good at acting.
