Taking school setting, it's not the same as GTO, Gokusen, Naomi etc. this is a serious drama although injected with cute and funny moments thanks to the student actors. Try get past few episodes before deciding because then will it grows on you. [COMPLETE.SS] dramas focusing on the around 40 generation, around 35-44 years old. even if you're not an 'arafo' to relate, you can still like this one; I am one of the example. It deals with problems faced by this generation and I believe is handled very well by the director and scriptwriter. amami yuki is perfectly fitted for her rol, I've always admire her; she's a beauty even at the age of 41 (her real age), she's strong, and she's a very good actress. Her chemistry with Naohito Fujiki got no complaints from me. COMPLETE. The drama is a simple drama.There is nothing extraordinary in it. But it was well-directed that the simplicity itself turned out to be very good and really amused me. It is a story about a love relationship between a teacher and student. But it's not a typical teacher and student love drama. It's not that their realationship is objected be it by the communitity or the family. But it is other than that. I don't want to say that I can feel the pain experienced by the actor and actress, but I want to say that I can SEE the pain. The actors and actresses really done really awesome jobs in this. All the characters were potrayed very well. Kudos to Narimiya Hiroki. His performance are PERFECT! So perfect, he suits the character well, and succeed in making his character so real. He impressed me so much that he can handle that character despite his young age. With his performance in Kou Kou Kyoushi, I give him a standing ovation. He is a talented actor and the entertainment industry should make use of it. That talent, if not use intelligently will be a big waste to the industry. The love between the main character is unbelievably makes me feel happy, sad and really touched my emotion. Even after I finished it, I can still feel their love in the air..... and I cried. On the issue of being one true self or yourself, I always believe that everything you do is your true self, it's all about how you control yourself, so it's not a good excuse. Can the criminal say, 'this is myself, I want to be myself, couldn't help it, changing it mkeans other person'. no, wrong. If you change it'll still be yourself. what i'm trying to say is, you can choose how to control yourself, so you can't use 'this is my real self' as an excuse. COMPLETE. Great drama! Highly higly RECOMMENDED. If u hate the actors/actresses, forget it for a while, watch the drama cos it's a nice ride. It was ceatively and uniquely adapted..... every episodes were full of values, wacky scenes, humour and seriousness. It becomes a bit dark as it progressed but still entertaining and has its own humour..... everything was directed nearly perfect. U got to love the episodes, the scene and definitely Akira wacky character, somehow hate Shuji's fake character but as the story went on began symphatizing him... You will love the friensdship between the 3 lead character... u'll love how each message is brought into screen.... it's not a plain, repetitive, same youth/school based drama, it's something different that deserve at least a watch, It's a pity to miss it, it's a great drama that deserve recognition. GO WATCH!! |

COMPLETE. A very entertaining watch owed to the quirky characters and its funny witty moment. The interaction between the staffs are cute and witty. I must largely thank the witty dialogue for keeping this interesting. I personally think it's the strongest point for this drama. In ep 9 if i'm not mistaken, the scenes between the two brothers, I had some tears in my eyes but swiftly at the same time got me into laugh when the other staff interjected with some funny comments about the story of pig brothers. COMPLETE. The story starts of okay, then skyrocketed to be very great. I especially love the fourth episode. The drama brought up the dillemma and questions of real life and projected it creatively on the screen. at first I think it's pretty repetitive, one photo to be solved in each episode, going back and coming back. as the story progress I'm surprised that it's not that predictable and repetitive afterall... and how the director doesn't resort to easy problem solving, they find a way to put us to believe there's no way he can solve something when the hope seems faded at the very first moment he returned to the past.. but they managed to find some cool way to settle that. the thing bothering me is the ending! yes, I'm one of those who dislike the ending..that's why it's 9 instead of 10.
