Gokusen [ごくせん] Very touching drama, and good cast with a good storyline. Like it a lot; no wonder it's number two in the top 50. Jun is so KAKUIIIIIIIIIII. Loved the ending too.
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] I loved it so much; the storyline was so amazing and there were many funny parts as well as sad parts.
The cast is wonderful; I love Jun so much! XD
I'm not surprised to see this drama in the top 50, and personally I'd put it at #1 or #2. I strongly recommend it to everyone who's not afraid to cry =P
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子] A lot more drama was put in this season, and at some points the story moved very slowly but WOW! It was still very good. I LOVED it and it made me cry so many times, haha. Jun is amazing as always as well as all the other cast; the ending was so satisfying and it felt complete. Very recommended for people who loved season one!
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ] So funny, and so many hot guys! HAHA.
The cast consisted of several good actors and many many funny parts especially with Nakatsu <3;;
I love the story, but unfortunately there's no season two! I hope they'd reconsider making another season, I really look forward to more Hana Kimi!
Ikuta Toma [生田斗真] Amazing actor. Took on such a giant and challenging role in Hana Kimi as Nakatsu and definitely aced it. Did quite well in Honey and Clover as Takemoto, as well as the minor role in HanaYoriDango 2.
GOD he looks good in Nakatsu-mode!
I heard he does live acting the best though. I really wish that I can see one of his performances one day.
Toma needs more publicity because compared to the people he's in work with in Johnny's, such as Jun, Yamapi, and Jin, because his popularity is really low, even though he does really well with his singing and acting. I really hope that he gets more good main roles in good dramas!

Inoue Mao [井上真央] She has this natural beauty to her, and she's a pretty good actor. Loved her in Hana Yori Dango; I would think all those crying scenes would be sort of hard to do lol.
Matsumoto Jun [松本潤] Wow.
The most amazing actor ever. Jun can take on any role so easily that it's scary.
He's so hot! He's not bad at singing either, and I love the way he always looks good in any hairstyle. I am in love with his physical features - his lips are so perfect, and his eyebrows are SO amazing.
I wish Jun would stop smoking! It's such a bad habit and might make him look worse in a few years. D:
When I first saw him iin Hana Yori Dango I was like, "Who is this rich loser?" You could say I fell in love with his acting.
The times when I feel that Jun can be himself the most is with his band, Arashi. Have you seen the shows they've been on? He looks so adorable, and has several sides to him (sometimes he even goes Domyouji-mode!) I recommend everyone to search up some of their showings on youtube (try GPA and Shukudaikun)
I simply can't wait for the HYD movie to come out. Jun is gonna blow us all away <3
Mizushima Hiro [水嶋ヒロ] HIS ENGLISH IS FREAKISHLY GOOD LOL.
Very KAKUI guy. Apart from his role in Hana Kimi, he seems like a quiet and mature guy outside of acting. <3
Oguri Shun [小栗旬] GOOD ACTOR. He always plays characters that I like. Cute!
Bambino! [バンビーノ!] lol [Rating: 7/10] I don't think anyone would have watched through this if they weren't in love with Jun. Uhm yeah, it was actually okay. It's just that at many times it moved painfully slow and boring. I liked the story and all, and in the end there was no romance and it was based solely on cooking.
For me personally, watching Jun in that amazingly sexy hair of his and cooking this delicious spaghetti (YUMMY) caught most of my attention... maybe that's why I got through this drama and even rated it quite high. Don't keel me though, I thought the story was quite good, and guiltily, my ranking went up after Bambi quit smoking.
Hachimitsu to Kuroba [ハチミツとクローバー] Eh [Rating: 7/10] I thought Honey and Clover was INCREDIBLY slow to watch at some points. The story itself was pretty good and I'd heard a lot about the manga so I decided to watch this (and the fact Toma was in it).
Things really started picking up the last half of the series and especially enjoyed seeing things between Ayumi, Mayama and Nomiya pick up.
Toma did a good just as Takemoto, a contradictive character as opposed to his role as Nakatsu in Hana Kimi. Personally I think the Nakatsu side suits him more because he has a nice smile.
The rest of the cast did VERY well. My favourite character was Nomiya.. though I don't know why I like him the most XD
Overall the drama was okay, though the manga would probably have been better. I watched through this mainly because of Ayumi and Nomiya, and also because Toma was in it. Personally I wanted to stop watching during the first few episodes becuase it was so slow, but the end definitely improved from the beginning.
Worth watching because of high expectations from the manga and for the characters, but I'd say not worth buying.
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] =) [Rating: 10/10] Very good drama played by very good actors/actresses and very good story.
This drama was not as predictable as people say it is. I would say that when I first watched episode 1-3 I thought FOR SURE Rui and Makino would get together. As the series went on I felt it seemed it was impossible for Makino to like Domyouji.
The music was pretty good although I prefer season two's music.
I loved the comedy and how Domyouji sucks at japanese. (how attractive ne?) Well produced and very cute story!
The ending left me greedy for more. Watch season two! It's just as great with lots more drama.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子] Pretty Good [Rating: 10/10] [WARNING - SPOILERS]
I felt Season two was just as good as one, but I really didn't like how there were just so many coincidences and caused so much conflict out of sheer misfortune. In season one there was more comedy as well as a better storyline, and in season two it involves a lot more drama and serious parts.
The cast played very well as always, though I felt that Jun and Mao acted better in season one because of the fact that they seemed much more cheerful and funny. I like how we get to see more of Rui, Akira and Nishikada.
The music is great as always, I REALLY loved Flavor of Life, whenever I listen to it I feel the emotions rushing back to me from the episodes where I cried since the song always played then.
The story was pretty good (excluding the coincidences). Shigeru added a lot of BANG to the season because of the conflict - I'm sorry to say but I didn't like her as a character; she was super crazy, then all lovey-dovey, then all evil and back to goody-goody. I think that she caused too much miscommunication for Makino and Domyouji.
I would also have to say to people who claim this drama was very predictible, that I disagree. This is because there were many characters that could possibly have gotten together with Makino and Domyouji. At several points into the drama I really thought that Makino would get together with Rui and Domyouji with Shigeru. Also because of the coincidences it was hard to predict what would happen.
Overall season two was really good. The only person I reallllly HATED was Umi. Totally pissed me off when she stole Domyouji AND almost killed Makino. My favourite parts would be when Domyouji went all tense and started making dumb jokes - shakePEER LOL,(I think ep4 or so), the part when they see Shigeru off and Domyouji and Makino hold hands (SO CUTE FOR LIKE 5 SECONDS ;_;), and a bunch of other parts with Makino and Domyouji together.
The ending was beautiful; I felt very satisfied after watching it and I would have to say it is a very good drama - Makino and Domyouji FOREVER. <3
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ] My first drama [Rating: 9/10] Hana Kimi was my first drama, I found it really great and it's what led me to watch other dramas :)
I dunno, I found it really good. It was extremely stupidly funny and Nakatsu really made almost every episode! I thought Horikitty was too pretty to be a guy but it added to a reason why Nakatsu would like her in the first place?
Oguri looked good too, sort of like his Rui role in HYD.
