Hana Yori Dango [花より男子]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
I have neither read the manga or watched the anime for this series, so I can't comment on that angle. However, I found this to be a wonderful, wonderful series. The storyline shines and the acting is superb. All of the actors and actresses perform fabulously and have excellent chemistry, especially those that play the main couple. The stores does pull off a few clichés, but even those are well done. If you are at all interested, give this series a shot.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This season is a bit more on the cliché side than the previous one, but is nonetheless fabulous. The acting and the chemistry between the actors is as wonderful as in the previous season. I recommend it to all fans of the series, it is very much worth watching.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
I never did watch the anime or read the manga for this, but I love this television series. It has a very strong cast of characters who all play their parts wonderfully. It is a very character-driven story, but in the best way. This is one of the funnier series I have watched and at times it nearly had me rolling on the floor. However, it has its series moments as well and those are also well done. A great series, all-around.
Kimi wa Petto [きみはペット]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
This is a very enjoyable series. It is not quite as good as it could be, I did not feel the interaction between the actors had the kind of chemistry it ought to, but the individual parts are pulled off very well and it keeps the story together. I don't consider this to be one of the absolute best series out there, but it is still a good series and I did enjoy watching it.
Majo no jouken [魔女の条件]
Rating: 1/10 (Watched)
I do not recommend this series at all. The only reason I finished it was because it had a lot of possibilities and it really could have been great, but it fell short on every count. The story is not very good, nor is the acting, and I felt next to no chemistry between the characters. The family drama can be entertaining, but altogether this is the drama I have enjoyed the least of all the ones I have watched thus far.
Nodame Cantabile [のだめ カンタビ−レ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This is a very excellent series. I think each actor performs wonderfully, as each character is very vibrant and there is chemistry between all the right people. This is one of those series that not only made me laugh so hard I was nearly rolling on the floor but it also very nearly brought me to tears at times. It has a wonderful plot and great characters, I cannot recommend it enough.
Summer snow
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
This is a decently good series. I actually like the side characters more than the main characters. It is a pretty good watch, though I am not a fan of the ending (not a bad ending for the series, just not the one I wanted). I would recommend giving it a try, but if you don't like it don't finish it. I liked watching it once but definitely won't be giving it a repeat.
