Plenty of moments filled with tears of sadness&joy! Narumi Riko knows how to play the troubled teen. We saw that in 1 Litre. Ogata Ken is great! Their emotions will move you. And plenty other good actors in this make for a great watch. The beautiful scenery along with the sounds of the shamisen don't hurt either. ;)

Mizuki Arisa (Oniyome Diary)
Series really picks up from 4th episode. Dealing with moral issues. Mizuki always standing up for what's right while the others would prefer look away.....
Some episodes dealing with the bullying high schoolers, some with the little kids and some the parents. It's really nice to see the change in Mimura's character through the series. Her bubbly personality sometimes, can't help but make you laugh. I enjoy watching Mizuki Arisa and I'm glad she came back with a good one. Oni Yome Nikki 2 wasn't as good as the 1st and CA to Oyobi was awful.

Here's a cut&paste of the synopsis since it's not up. A drama about a woman who changes her career and eventually becomes a president of a car sales company in a male-oriented society of the 1970's. Makino Hisako quits her job at a leading textile company before turning 25, which is considered the retirement age for women at that time, and starts working as a car salesman. The drama depicts her success story along with her high school classmates, the baby-boom generation.
Well she quit her job at the textile co. because they wouldn't give her (a lady) credit for a plan she submitted. In looking for a new job, she convinces a boss at a car dealership to hire her. She has to sell 3 cars during her 3 month probationary period. She's given little training and cold calls door to door on her bike (no license and doesn't know how to drive). 2nd episode we see her getting better at her job and she starts learning how to drive. A very touching episode that'll bring tears.
Fans of Natsukawa Yui will enjoy her performance. An emotional drama. Quality production with footage during this period that's edited in very well. Nice theme song. Hourly episodes. | Toukyou tawaa [東京タワー2007]

Nagase Tomoya (My Boss, My Hero). Nagase is a soldier washed ashore, with no memory of his past, taken in by a family who runs a cinema. Appears the yakuza want the cinema. Then comes a love triangle involving Sato Ryuta, who's a riot! lol Then another love triangle involving?!? :p
Over-the-top comedy with some LOL cRaZy okashi moments in the beginning. Enter ?!? and while the story gets interesting, the humor falls and the series does a flat line. 6 for above average.

5th episode was soo funny! Itoh Misaki with her nose flare, her inaka hogen (country accent) and we get to see her play drunk! And she does a great job of it! Makes you wonder if she really wasn't!
7th episode. More inaka hogen! Even if you don't understand Japanese, you KNOW you're hearing it!
Not the strongest of final episodes but still a fun series! And it's more than just boob jokes.
