CHANGE Kimura is slowly moving more complex roles other than those typical romance characters. A political dorama is hard to entertain but somehow, with kimura's magical acting, it attracts the audience. Unfortunately, the ending doesn't seems complete...and madonna's song Miles Away doesn't really gel with this dorama.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] This is really a DRAMATIC drama, you can't help it but feel sad for Aya. She really motivates people with her strength and quotes. Favourite quote: "While other people struggling for their future, I'm struggling to live."
Last Christmas [ラストクリスマス] Unlike other dying illness dorama, this one ends with a happy ending. With the 80s music, the happy mood floats around you. Best time to watch this dorama is around november or early december. X'mas will never feel the same.
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション] The show is so memorable and Matsu Takako character in the dorama seems like a perfect partner that one ever wish for. Indeed one of the best dorama that you should watch. No regrets even it is an old one. Simply mesmerising story.
Pride [プライド] Kimura. Everything seems perfect with him in the show. Great casts with nice story plot.
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ] The same old dying-from-illness dorama but the story was touching when a guy couldn't let go of his past love for 17 years! Everlasting love still exists in the web generation??? Entertaining though.
Taiyou no uta [タイヨのうた] Erika Sawajiri is getting too professional in acting dying roles. From her 1 litre of tears experience, i guess she had perfected the emotional scene. The only difference between 1 litre of tears and this is....one seek to live while the other seek for her dreams, her ambition of being a singer. Both dramas motivates ppl...but somehow this drama seems a bit of lacking. Kinda a fantasy that you know, won't happen in real life. Not the sickness but her luck meeting an understanding b.f and a music producer willingly to release her album. Nonetheless, the core part of the drama is the music. 2 excellent piece of songs sang by Erika Sawajiri. Not fully polish but great to listen.

Cheap Love [チープラブ] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) This show is neither too romantic nor too action packed. Kinda leads you wondering. Watched it because of Sorimachi. Slightly entertaining.
Engine [エンジン] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) The whole dorama doesn't show much racing though. Somehow the title kinda misleading the audience. Was expecting more racing scenes and storyline to that....but the expectation was totally different. However with kimura in the cast, you can't help it....to like the dorama too.
Food fight [フードファイト] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) The only attraction of this dorama is the THEME SONG. Other than that, none of the story interest me. Kinda expected ending for every episodes. You will definitely knows who will win for every competition. Story plot kinda dull and lucky for the theme song, that makes me watching it till the end.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) The success of this dorama inspires HK TVB to make a similar drama based on airline industry! Not the best of Kimura shows but entertaining enough to keep your wkends.
GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) This is the 2nd dorama after Love Generation that i ever watched and loved it. Like the uniqueness of the story and hard to imagine to have a teacher like that. GTO is definitely one of the classics.
H2~Kimi to itahibi [２〜君といた日々] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) The story doesn't have much twist, not much humour, not much emotional scenes, not much in-depth love story. But still interesting to watch it. At least it get me hook on baseball games whenever they have competitions.
Hero Rating: 8/10 (Watched) One of the best detective doramas. Again...with kimura in the casts, nothing seems too bored.

That was when your heart starts to feel sad for Aya. In this drama, it reflects how cruel our society is. When Aya is down with the deadly disease, you can see how friends keep away from her. You realised how fortunate to be a healthy person and the ugliness of public perception at those disabled. You can see how her 1st boyfriend shun her despite that he knows that she suffered from the disease. You realised friends are NOT forever to help you, they will feel 'tired' one day and give up on you. You will understand the strength of a family support. That kind of strength that support till the end and never ever give up on you. This is really a DRAMATIC drama, you can't help it but feel sad for Aya. She really motivates people with her strength and quotes. Favourite quote: "While other people struggling for their future, I'm struggling to live."
Itoshi Kimie [愛し君へ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) One of those doroma that focus on human illness to evoke viewers' emotions. However, something is lacking in this drama. The plot doesn't seem complete though.
Kamisama mou sukoshi dake [神様、もう少しだけ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) It is kinda weird for a schoolgirl to buy concert tickets just to prostitute herself. Afterall, there are alot ways to earn money. Nonetheless, i was attracted by the theme songs and the last few episodes are kinda sad. Good casts. Worth watching.

Medaka [めだか] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Typical and expected story plot, but Mimura's acting will keeps you entertained. Nice theme song.
Moto Kare [元カレ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) A love triangle dorama. Great acting from Hirosue Ryoko. You can see her acting improved alot in this dorama. Quite a realistic love story that happens to us sometimes. Feels kinda sad for Uchiyama Rina, done so much for Dohmoto Tsuyoshi but still, a sad ending for her. This show reflects those frickle-minded and undecisive people. Be more truthful whom you love. Besides the great plot, you will definitely enjoy the theme song too.
Orange Days [オレンジデイズ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) One of the best dorama based on physically disabled. The flow of the story is quite ok from episode 1 to the last. Neither too dull nor too slow. Just right! It also shows the perspective of a deaf person how she interpret her world in silence, love life and her attitude towards music, as well as her difficulties of making friends, studying and working. Definitely must watch it.

NOT TO GIVE UP your dreams no matter what happens. Even you start late, doesn't matter. So long you carry on to do what you wanna to do.
Stand UP!! Rating: 5/10 (Watched) A Dorama specifically created for the teens. 4 virgin schoolboys trying to ditch away their virgin status, by trying all means and methods to get bed with girls. However, it always ends up nothing and i guess this is a moral dorama aiming at youngsters out there. Having casual sex with strangers or one who dont love is kinda morally incorrect. Guess nowadays youngsters take casual sex too lightly and that is probably why, this dorama is ever produced! Educating through dorama is simply one small step!
Summer snow Rating: 8/10 (Watched) A heart warming dorama. A caring brother and lover, Dohmoto Tsuyoshi seems to portray well in the character. Unfortunately ends with a sad ending. Life is unpredictable. Cherish people around you.
