yea...i think Mariko is my favorite, with Atsuko and Rina as my other favorites. I am sure there are several others, ever since watching their Aitakatta video that they made a few months back or so.
The girls on the other teams are good too...

That's cool. It's on the disc being sent to you. But good you can see it now. The opening number has Atsuko on the left. And I think that's the one where they have on their AKB48 Kimonos durning the last few songs. They even do Skirt Hirari in it.

now i really want to see them in concert, even more now than Morning Musume...
and their concert(AKB48), is probably harder to get?? or easier than MM, and more likely cheaper, but i am concerned with the availablity of tickets, and if they will be performing during those days in July when i am there. Also, i am wondering if they have any merchandise available on the various individual girls, favorites, at the AKB48 bldg. It looks like from watching one of the videos on AKB48, it is located on the top upper floor of some building in Akihabara...i hope i can find it.

Haven't seen that. But there's a lot of cake eatting in Snapshot. Only watched 1/3 of that so far.

in terms of cute-ness factor, i say that Atsuko is the cutest of the AKB48, but Rina is not far behind, and Mariko is more gorgeous!, and a few other girls that i don't quite know their names...

Akina Minami, the gravure idol i was telling you about, she is up there in major kawaii-ness, very very cute.

Good deal... if you need the one at the big auditorium (I think it's the same one from Ueto Aya's Pureness concert) where they throw down down big bags of heart shaped balloons... will send that to you later. It's very cool and has Seifuku on it.

LOL Sayu seems like a scam and joke compared to Atsuko.

This avatar of Sayu has got to go. So does the signature. MM is great. But they are few steps behind AKB48 in terms of kawaii-ness and talent.

i wouldn't go that far to say that....she's still worth it...but it is really hard to compare her to Atsuko, who is still newer, and in a totally different group, but just my personal preference, i always liked Sayu, but not that much, and i always found her to be "just" cute, nothing more. Ai-chan is my ultimate and still my favorite, i am just branching out to AKB48 now, and discovered Atsuko, etc....thanks to that Aitakkata video.

I rotate my avatar's.......and Ai-chan will always be one of my favorite, and whole reason in the first place i got into MM, even if my interest level with MM has disappated somewhat, i still like morning musume, and hello project. It is just my huge interest is with AKB48 now.

but it might not be as easy to find/get any AKB48 merchandise/items, as it is for Hello Project/MM...
but i do plan on seeking out for both MM/AKB stuff while in Japan, as well as my favorite J-idol gravures

I don't know if A is better than K or B. Or what the thinking is other than more coverage during the tours. But A-tsu-chan and Rina and Mariko, and Minami, and Tomomi and Kayano are all on Team A.

Geezeez! That's a great magazine you picked. Lot of great pictures. That black outfit is used when they kick over their mic stands.

gosh, i just love their music...AKB48, a lot better than MM, not that MM is bad or anything, i am just more into AKB48's music, and i've been listening to them all the time now.
