So how come they didn't cast Tackey as the robot? It seems he would be a natural given his acting "skills"

watching this one.... odd couple....well, weird how those two team up...jr high school girl and otaku...lol makes an interesting j-drama..and it is sub'd in english too, soft subs. _________________

finished ep 1. quite interesting and robo is soooo cute! haha! but it's jus abit too over when sexy voice changes her voice. haha! jus wonder wat gonna happen nex. still waiting for ep2!~~~

and has the "voice"...i am sure when they were screening candidates she stood out with her acting/voice..obviously

is the manga the same exact title as the j-drama, and when did the manga come out? i wonder how closely it follows the manga...

The limitation of a manga is that it doesn't 'speak'. I suspect this live action is better than the manga simply because you can hear the 'sexy voice', just like in "Nodame Cantabile" it was way better because you can hear the music.

I watched episode 1 and 2. I'm not really sure what to think of it. It seems episodic so far and the characters lack much depth. The cases they solve or work together on don't seem very interesting yet. Maybe I'm just being a bit harsh, hopefully the story gets better as it goes on. _________________ Donna

i agree, i watched episode 1 and couldnt get into the cast or anything at all. actualy no, i think the girl is pretty cool and her voices are cool too, but i cant stand the robo guy AT ALL. guess i cant watch any more of this dorama Sweat

I've seen the first two episodes and yeah, it doesn't seem to be all that interesting, though it has a rather promising start at first. The show seems to have a formula of being funny in the first half and then turning humane in the second. But I just couldn't find myself pitying or feeling for the 'bad' guys over such a short time in the show. Ohgo Suzuka is a very promising actress though. She'll be one to look out for in the future.

This show is kinda weird, I watched ep1+2 earlier this week.. I think Matsuyama Kenichi is doing great playing Robo though but damn! the girl is actually only 13? at first I thought, wow what a nice voice and mature she is, but then you see her outfit n such
