Ep8 was so touching!!!! cant help but think that the male lead is actualli jus a soul in somebody's body and now he needa take care of his own things n at the same time the body's life.

The 'happy ending' honestly ruined it for me. I mean, if I were writing it, I'd have made Ogi become a guide to Heaven as well or something; instead, they basically retconned the whole storyline and contradicted everything that was ever said in the show. From the 'not telling anyone' stipulation not mattering to the 'cruel Asahina' not actually having a heart attack and dying without any intervention, it just was not a good way to end things. Caused FAR too many plotholes.

With that said, I have enjoyed this series. Definitely an eclectic set of characters and all, and Sorimachi is still the man!

Is this a sequel to Wonderful Life, Sorimachi's earlier baseball drama?

Eerily close now that you mention it...but no, they aren't the same, different character names and all. Still, I suppose I should watch Wonderful Life to see how close they were in storyline (I'll treat it like a prequel, lol).

yes, the ending was sooooooooo unpredictable and i think they can end off better. like... hina lives on healthily and happily and plays baseball with the coach coaching her. den the female lead will be meet up with hina often. while the helper still work in the house where now onli hina lives in. i think this will be better? the turn-back-time at the end shocked mi! i was thinking, wat was the scriptwriter thinking??? haha! but the last epi, with the male lead risking his own life to save hina was quite touching. i actualli felt the last epi helpful to the whole drama in the sense that it pulled up the overall marks. but.. oh wells, the last part of the last epi jus minus off marks for the show again.

oh wells... not that bad a show.

Exactly what I was thinking. The moment they decided to turn back time was the moment the episode took a nosedive. Had they left it at him walking away and vanishing, it would've been a perfect end to the sacrifice Ogi made for Hina. Instead, we get treated to the world's largest plothole!

this is the 3rd time Sorimachi made me cry in his drama.. what a talented actor he really is..

it's not a bad ending either.. but yeah im a little shock at the..
