I know, it's terrible Shameful Cry Atleast she's in the movie which is more important than a silly prequel SP.

To be fair, since it is a prequel, it's no surprise that she's not in it.

But still....

Beem is right. It really wouldn't make sense to have her in it Beaten I see the SP as really a promotional tool for the movie anyway.

Wow.. so 45 minutes of rehashed scenes showing the prof doing his little mental masturbation sessions.. woohoo. Where's my Kou?! I get it, it's a prequel.

Hehe.. I bet it'll be pretty good and I'll watch it anyways. I like that guy.

I just watched the Galileo movie "Yougisha X no Kenshin", which just premiered today. It was complete opposite of the dorama series... wasn't a comedy, but really serious; almost no science/math, and more focus on human side of chracters; NOT a mystery since it was clear who the culprits were, but more focused on why; and Fukuyama Masaharu TOTALLY got his spotlight stolen by Tsutsumi Shinichi hehe

Tsutsumi Shinichi and Matsuyuki Yasuko were amazing, Fukuyama Masaharu basically same as the dorama, and Shibasaki Kou barely appeared on screen, and sucked when she did.
The movie was made for Tsutsumi and Matsuyuki pair.

I liked the movie a lot, and even those who didn't like the dorama series should definitely give it a try when it becomes available.

^ None, I guess since the entire plot is based on the novel, and Utsumi's character was never present in any of the Galileo novel series.

I don't even know why Shibasaki was credited with leading actress.

This is a disappointment. Grumble Grumble Grumble
and i kept reading how fans are waiting eagerly to see the movie to find out what happens between the two.
but as you said, it is an adaptation so we should have never expected that from the start. but i have to say, music vid was misleading then.
They have to do a 2nd series now. as a galileo x utsumie pair fan, they owe it to us. Fingers crossed

That's unliklely.

To reiterate:

2. The COMBINED file sizes of the avatar and signature must NOT exceed 200KB. Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal of the avatar and/or the signature without notice (moderator discretion).

I was kind of shock not to find Shibasaki Kou too.

I thought this SP is a sequel, not a prequel.

Anyway, i find it kind of boring. It's go nothing to do with not having Shibasaki though.

The moment young yukawa appears i started to skip the scene, and even though he didn't appear afterward the pain's still there. I never did finish the complete SP, or even bothers to understood he case.

Shame on me, I'm a fukuyama addict and been waiting this for months >___<
