Anything to do with Kuitan-san, please post here!

(I've only seen Higashiyama Noriyuki in Kuitan so far, and I think he is superb in the role.)

That pic was from his Shonentai days. I checked out Youtube and they have some performances by them.

I had to laugh at the "Kimi dake ni" performance because it's so cheesy. And the ending part where they put their mics together and crouched was just priceless. Love the hair too:

In the this performance of Wangan Skier, he does backflips. He's really flexible for someone so tall. Love the dancing too.

Higashiyama's the other one (with Matchy) that I normally attack "-san" to, even if I write in English. It's a habit

What I love about this guy (...with the fact that he's aged like.. GODLY. I'd glomp him anytime, and that he's an amazing, dynamic dancer and perfectionist), is that he can be so downright sadistic and evil (..this happend often) and still keep his cool composure.

@ Cori and wai - actually, seeing video of Shonentai makes me feel ill. Seriously, any "performances" I've seen have been without exception hideous. Kind of amusing, but traumatic, too.

He is hilarious. He has snarky comebacks (that can get extremely evil. God, it's so amusing. Sometimes people don't even get that he's being mean *grins*) and can shoot really evil lines and basically.. manhandle people, especially his kouhais from JE.
TOKIO loves him, and I bet he loves the wacky band too, but he tortures them openly. Not to even mention V6

No, I've only see Higashi in Kuitan. I've no idea what he's like as a person. But I'm really surprised to hear he can be snarky! Eek.

Ok, I just watched/skimmed the clip...without much sound (I had to lessen the horror somehow, lol).
Really, it was pretty grim for me.
I didn't realize as well as Shonentai there were loads of others acts I don't like.
