Looks like she has, which is quite a bummer. It was nice to be able to have the raw version of Nodame Cantabile and use her softsubs, since the hardsub versions weren't up to the visual quality of the raws. Hopefully someone picks up on the softsubs.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this drama, as I'm very interested in Juri-chan's role. Wonder what it is that she is hiding from everyone...

Yeah, SARS did a great job with the subs, but all that extraneous info and the goofy fonts/colors were a distraction... I just used the softsubs and did the hardsubbing myself.

After I did some serious spell checking. Sweat

Someone mentioned in one of the other threads about her being a lesbian... I guess her 'do might've had something to do with it....

Another Juri-chan dorama? Cool.

I see Eita makes another appearance too. I wonder if it's his hair or his ears (or both) that will be the feature this time? hehe

I checked the Fansub map http://fansub.d-addicts.com/Jdrama_Fansub_Map_2008#Spring_2008 and it says (Hard) Kioku Fansubs. So you've got your subbing wish but probably not in the soft form you like.

Really? Siantut has stopped?! That sucks! I thought she was currently working on Tamaki's drama at the moment? I coulda sworn I saw her saying that she would continue releasing from D-Addicts...

Any sex change plans in the future, beem? hehe Beaten

On topic: the plot sounds weird, but I like the non-typical dramas, so I'll be sure to check it out.

Itai. Sweat

Well, if it's hardsubbed, I can always rip the subs from the video and create my own softsubs.... Twisted

I don't know if she stopped, but her S-Projects site is closed.

If Nishikido can pull this role off, he'll make it to my (very short) list of I-represent-JE-and-can-act.

mmmh he seems less camp and girly than most of them. I hope heLs good.

My list is already short - I wonder if yours is shorter hehe :
- Nagase Tomoya and Okada Junichi - and I am not sure if they can act well or have selected parts which fit them.
I can also live with Nino, Sakurai Sho and Ikuta Toma, probably not that grand but normal looking.
Only weakness in my list is Yamashita Tomohisa - can do better and is mildly talented but I look at him with motherly eyes. tickle

Nishikido actually impressed me in "1 Litre", so if he takes this one down, he's deserves a spot.

My list of those who have proven themselves consists of Higashiyama Noriyuki, Nakai Masahiro, Kimura Takuya and Nagase Tomoya.

Then almost on the list are Okada and Inohara and the rest of SMAP (they all have had some splendid roles, but then again, some of their work is just.. "eh!?"). Also, Tackey. He is seriously BADLY typecast in dramas (and was far from convincing me in NHK-taiga), but he has an amazing stage-persona and takes his audience. You don't really get it before you see him.

(Ikuta Toma had a chance to prove himself in Honey&Clover, but he's already blown it. His role last summer could've been done by anyone.
Yamashita can't act. Period. But I can get the "motherly feeling". I have one towards Tegoshi of NEWS, but only for his singing because he seriously is one of the best voices in JE ever.)

OK, I have to disagree there - "mildly talented"? I don't think so Bleah

And if those are motherly eyes, you'll be arrested for indecency to a child hehe rofl

Mr Green I forgot to include Higashiyama Noriyuki.
And youLre right - Like most, I donLt get Tackey.

Let me reformulate: HeLs a more talented than me. rofl
But yeah ILll get probably arrested by the JE police hehe

On topic: shoujo ai, honto? ItLs a topic worth exploring.
