Although I'm not expecting another H2 I do love doramas/movies about yakyu. So far this dorama is like kokoyakyu meets Crows Zero.

haha! actualli i haf decided not to watch sports doramas. but after i saw the banner... with that guy in it.. ok.. i duno his name.. but he act in hana kimi and koshonin.. the mix-blood guy.. ahha.. i've decided to gif it a try!~

owells.. but i still wonder if there will be a change in this kinda sports doramas...

That's Shirota Yuu. I like his ass kickin role in this dorama.

Looks like another story recycle/rehash.

quite nice ,,,,, something like GTO or GOKUSEN ....... althought gokusen3 is out hehe ;p

Unfortunately, it currently doesn't have high ratings like Gokusen 3 Still looking forward to tomorrow's episode.

Gotta say I find it pretty nice. I quite like this drama. Nice to have some hot blood inserted inside me from time to time...

Is the show predictable? Yes. Is it still entertaining regardless? Absolutely! I've been a huge fan of Sato Ryuta's for a while now, and this role is just one of those where you can't tell whether the guy is just inept and passionate, or focused and reckless (or both, hehe).

Watched the first episode, and cannot wait for the rest!

I saw 2 eps of it when I was at tokyo and it looked bad to me

Obviously another drama in the already done-to-death "Gokusen/ deliquent school children/ determined teacher who changes their lives" genre.

However, I have to say this show doesn't irk me like Gokusen 2 did, maybe its because the students (despite being older than normal HS students) are actually pretty violent and will do things like hit the teacher in the face- so they actually seem more like a group of delinquents rather than angsty pretty boys (though you still have your resident pretty boys, of course).

It's predictable, but like Tenshigure said it's still entertaining. It's a good fluffy watch if want to kind of put your brain on screensaver mode.

There are a lot of staple drama actors in this- so the acting isn't too bad. this is the first time i've seen Sato Ryuta in a leading role, usually he's like funny sidekick.

I find it entertaining and the punk students seem much more tougher/interesting than the wimpy boys in Gokusen 3.

The first episode was alright. The "kids" in this one seem to be better actors than in Gokusen 3, but I think that's because they're actually not kids but older, more experienced actors. Especially the one with the mustache. Come on. That just makes him look older than he already is. He'd have been better off cast as a teacher.

The students in the manga are very mature looking so the casts are somewhat in line with the manga. I've to say this drama does not skim on the violent. It more of a GTO than Gokusen kind of drama.

to me it looks like gokusen meets crows zero form the pic there
